New Video: Lloyd (ft. Trey Songz & Young Jeezy) – ‘Be The One’

‘King of Hearts’ Lloyd may be presently enjoying a reign over U.K. charts with this hit ‘Dedication To My Ex’, but now it seems the young crooner is dedicated to conquering chart territory stateside.  Though the album was met with favorable reviews at the time of its summer-2011 release, such enthusiasm was apparently limited to critics as record buyers vastly ignored the project.  In a bid to turn the tide on the sinking album, the ‘Get It Shawty’ crooner has gotten a helping hand from fellow crooner Trey Songz and hip hop heavyweight Young Jeezy for his latest offering ‘Be The One’.

While we’ve already shown you behind the scenes footage (months ago) of the pairing, see how the trio finally fare in the Parris-directed clip after the jump:

Lloyd needs to release the following as singles:
Love u girl feat. Chris Brown
    Naked
    jigsaw
Dedication was a great single choice
Lloyd has a good album on his hands. I don’t know why people are ignoring it. I’m glad he’s still pushing out singles.

This ish is so typical. Girls half naked touching all over them. Seriously. What in the hell? I am sick an tired of Trey’s freaky image and as far as Lloyd is concerned Ive purchased all his albums except this one. This project got ignored because they waited to long to release the album after the hype of “Lay Your Head Down”…the videos and single choices haven’t been selected well either. Street Love was his best album hands down. I can do without this album. I know he didn’t enjoy being under Irv Gotti’s direction but I would hate to see his best work be behind him.
