She’s releasing the title of the album in September, it doesn’t necessarily mean she’s releasing a new album this year, if anything she’d be releasing it at the top of 2013, thats almost 2 years after Born This Way. It isn’t like she’s releasing albums within 3 months of each other (rihanna).
