No Doubt and Rihanna are just two of the stars set to perform at this year’s ‘IHeartRadio Music Fest’ this year.
Set to take place at the MGM Grand on September 21 and 22, the Ryan Seacrest hosted event will also feature performances by Mary J. Blige and Shakira.

On the event, Rihanna explained:
I think the iHeartRadio Music Festival sets a very good tone for your credibility as an artist on radio right now.
I think it’s special that all the fans get to come together from all over to just have one huge concert. It’s adream concert, 20 of their favorite artists that they’re hearing on the radio every day.
They get to see them all at once and that’s special.

Rihanna has a hit-after-hit catalog. She has music people can sing to and dance to. How about your faves?

And thats it JJ. The only reason why people love Rihannas songs is because theyre easy to sing along to without having to have the best voice. And the only reason Rihanna has hit after hit is because she doesn’t write her own music and has hundreds of people writing her songs for her. Every artist has their own style of music. rihanna just chooses to take the easy way out and give it the bare minimum.

Why are the same ppl performing at every summer festival this year? What are Rihanna and MJB going to do that we haven’t already seen at the Wireless and Essence Music Festivals? P!nk, Calvin Harris,and Enrique really, ha ha why?

I won’t be surprised if iHeart turns out to be better than the VMA’s. I see some diversity, which is great. I’m checking for Shakira, Rihanna, No Doubt and Pink.
