With much of America’s East Coast literally picking up the pieces in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, NBC have announced that they will be airing a benefit concert to raise money for the families affected.

Set to air live tomorrow (November 2nd) at 8pm ET from New York’s Rockefeller Center, a number of superstars have been tapped to perform. They include Christina Aguilera, Sting, Bruce Springstein, and Jon Bon Jovi.
The telecast will benefit the American Red Cross and be shown on NBC and its cable stations including Bravo, USA, CNBC, MSNBC and E! A host of other networks have been invited to take part.
Today Show anchor Matt Lauer hosts.

This is quite the line up for a very important telethon in honor of those affected by Hurricane Sandy. I can’t wait to watch thanks to the suggestion of my DISH coworker. I won’t be home when it airs, so I’ll be recording it on my Hopper. When I play back this recording, I’ll be able to start watching on my living room TV and then continue watching on my kitchen TV right where I left off.
