Promoting the stint ahead of its June kick off, the 24-year-old revealed the stunning snap above. Given that ‘Lady’, which starred Diana Ross, told the story of Jazz singer Billie Holiday, it’s clear that that is exactly who the X Factor graduate is channelling here. Stunning.

But Beyonce didn’t sign Rita Ora, Jay-Z did so he is the one that is color struck in my opinion.
I don’t think it’s too late. Unknown artists have a better chance to make it big than artists that fell off whom are trying to make a comeback, and in the U.S. she is unknown. Americans don’t even know that she exists. She could probably have the same success as Estelle or Emili Sande, both are a bit slept on over here but their career is still flourishing in comparison to Alexandra’s.
She needs to take notes at how they both managed to make it in the U.S.

Nah, Alex has faith and ability and she has had good success here even though the media refuses to play her music, and she still has respect – singing at MJ tribute, singing with Dionne Warwick who said that she was a great singer, and picked by Samuel L Jackson to sing at his event.
