Chart Check: Chris Brown & Nicki Minaj Top iTunes R&B With ‘Love More’

Published: Sunday 13th Oct 2013 by David

Singer. Dancer. Actor….hit maker.

Hit maker. This, being the only word that comes to mind when we think of Chris Brown this morning, as he watches his brand new single ‘Love More’ soar to the top of iTunes weeks before the release of his new album ‘X’.

Fantastic news below…

After spending many a week housed at #2, ‘Love’ now resides atop iTunes R&B, dethroning Robin Thicke‘s ‘Blurred Lines‘!

Boasting a verse from ‘Here I Am‘ Rapper Nicki Minaj, the cut’s digital reign sees it kick Urban dust in the face of every other R&B release in the country, well before the December 3rd unveiling of Brown’s ‘X’, which features contributions made by Pharrell Williams, Timbaland,  Kendrick Lamar and Brandy Norwood.

‘More’s success comes after its predecessor ‘Fine China’ was certified Gold Australian Recording Industry Association for sales of over 35,00 units-achieved the peaked at #29 on Billboard’s US Pop Songs tally!

Clearly Chris and nicki have been on the hot 100 for 11weeks and peak at 31 where it currently reside at that is pretty good for someone who went thru all that stuff about the rihanna episode and lost a lot of fans for it. If that would not had happen I’m pretty sure Chris would have been top five at least

The reach. He’s no where to be found on Billboard and this will be his 4th flop album in a row. Why hasn’t he been dropped yet?

    • j October 13, 2013

Currently no 31 and still rising on billboard..stfu and stop hating

Love More just got released to mainstream radio a couple days ago so that’s why it’s going to be rising on the charts.
