After a brief rest on the bench, That Grape Juice “Cover Star” returns to shine a spotlight on the talented Singer Louie. In honor of the late Tejano music sensation Selena (who would’ve celebrated her 43rd birthday this week), the aspiring singer lent an updated version of one of her biggest hits, “Dreaming of You”.

Yes, we were a little disappointed that he didn’t go for the song’s famous climax, but we still enjoyed his very updated take on the 90’s ballad. Making the song all his own while not straying too far from the original, we applaud Louie for daring to perform the tune from a fresh perspective.
Youtube has proven time and time again that such approach can often yield undesirable results. Thankfully, such was not the case here.
