After the release of her latest studio album ‘Point of No Return‘, the ‘Heaven Sent‘ singer has revealed she is on the hunt for a new label, gearing up to cut ties with ‘Interscope.‘

After agreeing to deliver six studio albums to the label, Keyshia‘s ‘Return‘ marked the last LP she owed the label and now sees her free to take her brand to a new label.
She revealed:
Managed by industry power player Manny Hailey, Cole is now tasked with finding a new home for her music, revealing that she has already started work on her seventh studio album as to have music ready to push as soon as she signs on the dotted line.

Well after the sells of this last albums and the fact musically she has declined, it will be seemingly difficult. She would be better off going independent and selling 100 total and making a mil or two pure profit. If she makes another A Different Me or The Way It Is, she can still collect my $10. I wish her well.

I don’t think she meant for people to feel like the music and visuals for her last album were thrown together, because that makes the next project twice as hard to sell. She tried going in a different direction with a lot of half-naked dry humping and lost the respect of people who compared her to Mary J.

It was obvious that last album was just thrown together to get out of her contract cause it was horrible, since Jimmy left that label her promotion hasn’t been as good

Her first two albums are R&B classics!! It’s sad how bad she fell off. Keyshia is out here making herself look like a fool. I know she’s hurting on the inside, but she needs to step back, take a break and re-evaluate. I’m still waiting for another classic album from her.
