Jury’s out on whether she’ll ever return to doing that on stage, but we can always hope.

I wouldn’t be so sure bb. Britney’s label can’t possibly be happy with the sales of “Britney Jean” so they’re taking no chances this time around. Getting someone who’s poppin’ like Iggy on the lead single is a great marketing move to get Britney back on the GP’s radar (see what I did there, “radar”? lol). But yeah I get that a lot of people have a problem with Iggy but whether you’re a fan or not, it’s a good move that she’s doing it while Iggy’s relevant, cas we all know Iggy’s time is limited.
Britney Jean flopped because it was rushed just to promote the Vegas residency. People also forget that she moved from Jive where she was the priority artist, to RCA where everyone from all of Sony’s dissolved subsidiaries were chucked into. RCA don’t know how to manage her let alone all their other big artists like Xtina, Kesha, Brandy. Plus Iggy ain’t as popping as the media are making out, her sales are proof with the labels know. Plus someone who get that ridiculed on the internet isn’t someone her label should associate her with. Britney just needs the right songs, right producers and some innovation like they did with Femme Fatale. Britney started the pop dubstep movement during the early 10’s, I don’t remember anyone with dubstep drops before HIAM.

You’re right. Some fans are holding onto the past but I want her to keep innovating and adapting like Madonna has done over the decades. Her management have also been trying to sell her off as some sort of Katy Perry recently, we all know she’s a 33 year old woman she should release music that is relatable to her age group but still has appeal to young adults.

Funny how the BeyHive acts as if Britney’s relevancy ended in 2000 when her last Billboard Hot 100 number 1 was in 2011 whereas Thiefonce’s was in 2008. If you weren’t biased and actually did your research or knew what you were talking about enough to justify having an opinion, you would realize why this woman is literally the reason why all your faves have a career. So one of her albums flopped – big deal, how many of Beyonce’s singles have flopped recently? “7/11” couldn’t even break the top 10, “Flawless” didn’t break the top 40, “Partition”, “XO”…must I go on? And don’t get me started on album sales. Beyonce’s overall career sales are but a tiny fraction of Britney’s blockbuster figures over the years.

How often does she actually sing live? We all know the woman has mastered the art of lip syncing, with Britney it’s obvious because she doesn’t go out of her way to re-record her vocals and practice for days in front of the mirror to make sure she’s fooling us – it is what it is. Beyonce, on the other hand is a pro at it. As for dancing – spare me your ignorance tbh. Britney may not have the confidence she once had but the woman is a trained gymnast – even after all the injuries she’s injured she can still execute technical moves Beyonce’s booty shaking (which btw is all Beyonce does) could never. You forget the difference between being energetic and having great stage presence the way Beyonce has and actually being able to perform a technical pro routine despite having struggled with major injuries & anxiety.
