Here’s the thing. Just like how people don’t like Lana, I really don’t find Adele interesting. Hello was boring and lack luster. Can she sing? Yes! Is she beautiful? Ok. Is she interesting? No! I simply don’t think all this hype is even for the music. It’s for the sales, which is pathetic, but it’s is what it is.

Yea… I a good way because it outsold her last album which was considered a “flop” despite having promo. It also outsold the following albums: Prism, Unapologetic, Artpop, Britney Jean, A.K.A., The Elusive Chanteuse, Bangerz, Rebel Heart, Unbreakable, My Everything, Stars Dance, Title, Pinkprint, and Jackie. Those are most of the recent pop girl eras with the exception of 1989 and 25. Yet it was “whack”.

Idk I like Adele but a concert I’m not sure of. She can sing but she does nothing for me of captivating me like Whitney, Mariah, and Celine can; watch those same ladies tours from the 90’s to early 00s if you know what I mean. I need to see a different side to her, more humor, loving, and fun not sad s*** all the time and standing in one spot all night.
If you knew Adele you’d know she isn’t a sad person and is always cracking jokes and being witty, go watch some of her interviews during 21 era to see what mean.

She has to be the pop star with the longest vocal rest periods of all time 🙂 She cracked after a few months of promo for “21” and then a whole year of vocal rest, then two performances of one song (oscars and grammys) and then two more entire years until the recording of “25”. She would have no voice left by now is she had worked as Whitney, Mariah, Celine and the likes did non stop for years.
Glad to see her slaying but I saw her in aa 3000 capacity theatre and it was breathtaking. Not gonna be the same in these huge venues but I’m here for it still.

That’s what I thought too. Shoot, Janet has been cancelling and rescheduling like none other, but at least she’s willing to keep trucking on. I can’t say the same for Adele, sadly. It’s probably gonna be hard moving around that tour bus with all that weight and limited space and taking care of a baby too, so maybe it’s best for her not to tour so long. I don’t know what her husband does for a living, but it would be best for him to come on the tour to take care of the baby while she’s doing her shows.
