I’m sorry but Nicki keeps doing the same stuff over and over again. It’s the Chris Brown syndrome. Her skills as a studio rapper are good but the albums and songs she puts out are so weightless they will not be spoken about in generations to come unless spoken strictly from a selling standpoint. Her Pinkprint was supposed to be the female “blueprint” in reference to Jay-Z’a blue print. That album came and went faster than any other of her albums because it was basically the same type of album with the same type of songs, same punchlines, same featured artists. It satiates the pop tarts but leaves the hip hop community yearning. Hopefully one day she can get an album noted as a “greatest” in the hip hop community.
