The Haitian creative Jean Claude LaMarre has announced that he intends to create a biopic dedicated to The Fugees story.
During an Instagram Live session, LaMarre revealed that he is in the earliest stages of the project which, if/once completed, will reintroduce the critical mass to the group’s story.
He revealed that he won’t begin production on the project until work is complete on his new projects ‘Chocolate City 2′ and ‘Kinky’ which stars Vivica Fox, Dawn Richard and ‘The Feast of All Saints‘ player Robert Ri’Chard.
He’s yet to reveal how the project will be distributed once production has wrapped.
