Lady Gaga Movie Receives Storyline Tweak
With Lady Gaga being the multi-tasking chanteuse she is, the superstar singer is juggling the push for her new album ‘Joanne’ with preparation for her new movie ‘A Star Is Born.’
Currently in pre-production with filming due to begin next month, the Bradley Cooper flick has received a storyline update.
According to Play Bill, in Gaga’s version of the classic, the female role, originally portrayed as a movie star on the rise, has been re-conceived as a small-time nightclub singer who eventually achieves international stardom.
Interestingly, this borrows a page out of a recent Bollywood remake – which went on to be become super successful.
As reported, there will be a pronounced soundtrack component to the project – dubbing as an album of sorts. Is Gaga’s ‘Bodyguard’ moment incoming? Stay tuned!
