damn..i forgot Alicia Keys put an album out

    • SMH October 20, 2017

I didn’t, I still listen to it. One of the best pure R&B releases of this last year. But folks don’t know because they’re too busy with that dumb bodak yellow bullsh*t. And Alicia has a better chance of getting a nomination than this mess does.

      • Mark111 October 20, 2017

Cardi has nothing to do with AK’s forgotten album released last year with 99 pushbacks.

    • The Rainsta October 21, 2017

Cardi B will be nominated and she will win! And rightfully so. The end.

  2. Jasmine October 20, 2017

No she will not win because she should have already a debut album by now

    • Mark111 October 20, 2017

You can bow be nominated with mixtapes now and she dropped two.

      • Jasmine October 20, 2017

The question was “Do you think Cardi will bag an award?” and not if you think she will receive a nomination. My answer of No was to the question asked in the post.

  3. Meteorite October 20, 2017

If she wins for Best New Artist then the little faith that I do have left for the Grammy’s will officially be dead. That and all these nominations are dreadful.

  4. Lmfao_Hoe October 20, 2017

What the actual f*** these nominees are the best that they have to offer?
SMH I’ll stick to my underground rappers and singers. The Grammys means nothing, nor will I invest in giving them a rate of views. Only a few acts are worth but majority PLEASE bish bye.

    • ??? October 20, 2017

lol these are not nominations. reading is fundamental lmao.

  5. 2bad2bme October 20, 2017

Apparently you can’t read. These are not nominations, they are submissions to be nominated…boy, I tell you, people don’t READ!

    • Whoops October 20, 2017

That’s true. Everyone is jumping the gun. But the opportunity to be nominated is an opportunity to win. It’s a stretch but it drives the conversation. And the discussion would be the same. Personally, I don’t think Cardi B deserves to be nominated at all.

  6. Whoops October 20, 2017

She has one hit bruh. I don’t even like that girl Nicki but there’s no way in HELL anyone can justify Cardi B winning a Grammy before her. The Grammys are dead anyway though.

    • Mark111 October 20, 2017

Has nothing to do with how long or how many hits Nicki had. If Cardi gets enough votes for her song she will win because of her song period.

  7. Abel Minaj October 20, 2017

It’ll probably be logic who wins but she’ll be nominated for sure

  8. I can’t October 20, 2017

Damn. This pool of “artists” is depressing. Peak Mediocrity.

  9. Belladonna October 20, 2017

Shouldn’t we wait to see if Cardi can get. Another hit & sell an album first? You guys are going to be made if her album flops & second song drops off the charts. People just need to wait & chill.

  10. Jamie October 20, 2017

    Whatever…

  11. DukeofDivas October 20, 2017

The grammys are truly going to $hit..

  12. Credits October 20, 2017

I don’t consider cardi an artist. Just because you give a former stripper a reality show, a mic and a record label doesn’t make her an artist. I don’t get the vibe that she takes the craft seriously. Does she write her music? I just don’t see her as a creative, at least not yet.

  13. ??? October 20, 2017

lol pointless post. any clown can submit themselves, doesn’t mean they will get nominated. hell, i’ll put mine in right now lmao.

  14. JOHNVIDAL October 20, 2017

Who are those new artists??? No pucking body is making any splash in music industry.
Anyway, this was not too interesting since many big names are obviously in the race too and weren´t seen in these pre-lists.

  15. SayWhat? October 20, 2017

When Cardi releases an album, that will be the end of her

  16. DanYiel Iman October 20, 2017

Obviously she won’t win but at least that’s nominated especially not just from ”Bodak Yellow” ??‍♂️

  17. Andrex October 21, 2017

Yes, that’s if bagging a Grammy award is determined by being no 1 on billboard 100.
