Lady GaGa‘s ties to Tamar Braxton‘s husband Vince Herbert has seen her forced to turn over a number of financial documents to a company Herbert is said to have stiffed out of cash.

Fans of the ‘Fame’ purveyor will know that her ascent to fame was powered by Troy Carter and Herbert who used the skills they acquired working with acts such as Toni Braxton, Destiny’s Child & Eve to turn GaGa into a crossover superstar.
Alas, GaGa’s decision to work with Herbert, who is accused of assaulting his wife Tamar and being in the middle of an unfortunate financial firestorm, has meant she has been targeted by business partners who claim he is hiding money he owes them.
The music company LDNX won a judgment against Vince in 2017 after suing him over a business deal gone south. They claim to have not been paid a dime from Vince and are trying to figure out the sources of his income, so they can seize the money until the $380k is satisfied.
In court docs, LDNX explains they subpoenaed Gaga, Remy Ma and Interscope demanding they turn over financial information about deals they have with Vince so they can learn how much he was owed from their royalties.
GaGa was first subpoenaed in 2017 but failed to respond prompting LDNX to gear up for a legal fight with her.
Fortunately…
July 30th saw LDNX wrote a letter to the judge stating Lady Gaga had now cooperated with their subpoena and provided satisfactory responses to its questions.
Yet to meet their demands? Remy Ma.
They requested to withdraw their motion for contempt against her but wanted the judge to punish the remaining defendants, including Vince and Remy Ma, for their alleged obstruction.
The case’s judge is yet to rule.
