The 2009 ‘Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show’ took place at The Armory in New York City last evening. The lingerie extravaganza attracted a long list of celebrities including Fergie (seen above) who looked far from fugly while she rocked the stage.

Two of Hip-Hop’s most powerful players, Jay-Z and Dr. Dre, were also at the event.

Keri Hilson made a stop at the show as well. She could easily fit in with the models on the runway if she wanted.

Keri and Jay bumped in to each other at the after-party. What an interesting conversation that must have been.

Finally, we have Fergie once again who this time posed with her illustrious band-mates, the Black Eyed Peas, on the red carpet.

The Black Eyed Peas took over Saturday Night Live a few hours ago to perform some of their biggest hits – all of which are interestingly from their latest LP ‘The E.N.D’. While their newest material hasn’t stirred me in the way their previous hits have (‘Boom Boom Pow’ aside), I’m really happy for the success they’re having now, it’s very much deserved.

5 octave songbird Mariah Carey was seen leaving her hotel in Milan, Italy recently. The singer will be performing on ‘The X Factor Italy’ later this evening so keep your eyes on ThatGrapeJuice to see all the action!

Rihanna and her close personal friend Melissa were spotted on there way to JFK International Airport, New York yesterday.

The amazingly talented Black Eyed Peas were photoed heading to a ‘Fun Radio’ event in Paris, France last evening. I still have their album on constant repeat.

R&B singer Monica attended the launch party of Jemaine Dupri’s new watch line in Atlanta, Georgia last evening.

Finally, Letoya was seen leaving MTV Studios in New York yesterday. Good to see she’s still hard at work.

The Black Eyed Peas took to the stage on episode of the X-Factor to perform new single ‘Meet Me Halfway’. While  I’m not big on the song at all, the performance was pretty good. The stage-spectacle was on-point and actually Ms. Fergie sounded better than usual.

After a tumultuous 4 months, singer Chris Brown is breathing a sigh of relief today after copping a plea deal in the assault case involving former lover Rihanna. Peep the report below:

R&B star CHRIS BROWN has avoided a jail spell after he pleaded guilty to assaulting his ex-girlfriend RIHANNA.
He made the plea just hours before the former couple was due to come face to face in court in Los Angeles.

Brown, 20, was ordered to serve 180 hours community service in his home state of Virginia and told he must stay away from Rihanna.

He will also serve five years probation for felony assault, and his progress with be monitored by the court at regular intervals.

The singer was also made to enrol in a domestic violence counselling program, according to US website TMZ.com.

Shocking pics, released earlier this year, showed how Rihanna had been left beaten and bruised following a fight with her ex on the evening of the Grammy awards in February.

The Caribbean-born songstress arrived at court dressed in all black, a sign she may have been expecting the worst.

A bystander said: “It looked as if she was going to a funeral.” {Source}

While I’m sure many will hold their own opinions on this, I’ll just glad the media circus surrounding this all can begin to subside. That said, it will be real interesting to see if Chris can resurrect his career Lazarus-style, as the funeral for his career was held when that now infamous battered Rihanna pic made the global rounds.

According to our friends over at Rap-Up.com, Brandy’s ‘comeback’ LP ‘Human’ has been delayed. Instead of arriving in stores on November 11th, the album will now be released on December 9th. ‘Human’ will now being going up against releases from the likes of Ciara, Keri Hilson and 50 Cent.

Following Kanye’s debut of new single ‘Love Lockdown’ at the VMA’s last Sunday, the studio version of the cut has surfaced. With the Chi-Town rapper not actually rapping lol, this one really requires one to open their mind to ‘get it’. I’m really liking this one all the same though. Kudos to Kanye for stepping out of the box.
