Our friends over at Real Talk NY recently caught up with Cash Money’s latest signee Bow Wow. When quizzed on his relationship with the centre-piece of the label, Lil’ Wayne, the rapper revealed that he recently visited him in prison, relaying Wayne’s words of advice to him, and adding his own Two Cents on Hip-Hop’s problem with crime.

Bow Wow visited BET’s ’106 & Park’ yesterday to debut his new video with Chris Brown, ‘Ain’t Thinkin’ About You’. However, when the rapper entered the studio two paid actresses of his biggest fans became hysterical. Peep the footage below:
The video for Bow Wow and Chris Brown‘s new collaboration, ‘Ain’t Thinkin’ About You’, premièred a few moments ago – exclusively over at our friends World Star Hip-Hop. ‘Ain’t Thinkin” serves as the first single to be lifted from Bow Wow’s as yet untitled Cash Money debut.

The singer/dancer attended the private launch of Swatch’s New Gents Collection at Gansevoort Park Avenue as well as the ’106 & Park’ 10 year anniversary celebration at BET studios. As earlier reported, rapper Ludacris hosted the 5th Annual LudaDay Weekend in Atlanta over the the weekend. The three-day long celebration culminated in a celebrity basketball match at the Forbes Arena last night. The event attended by – among others - Chris Brown and Kelly Rowland (above), Nelly, Ne-Yo, Bow Wow, Polow Da Don, and Teairra Mari.

The words of a certain Chris Brown, who is lining up another single from his ‘Fan of a Fan’ mixtape. With the set’s first offering ‘Deuces’ being a bonafide Urban smash (currently sitting at #2 on Billboard’s Hip-Hop & R&B Chart), the 21 year old will no doubt be hoping to repeat its success with its follow-up.

Bow Wow took a temporary job at a Foot Locker outlet in Herald Square yesterday. The rapper/actor did the stint to promote his new movie, ‘Lottery Ticket’, which hits cinemas on August 20th. Check out the footage below:
While Bow Wow‘s music career may be on life-support, the 23 year old’s acting ambitions are proving more fruitful. Indeed following on from his recent role in ‘Lottery Ticket’, the rapper, real name Shad Moss, has announced that he is to star in the latest instalment of Tyler Perry’s ‘Madea’ movies.

Outspoken rapper Bow Wow has announced that he is working on a new album. Omarion’s close friend was interviewed by HipHopWired and revealed details about the LP which will serve as his Cash Money debut release. Peep below for more details:

In the latest celebrity Twitter outburst, Bow Wow has taken to his own page to announce that he’s firing his entire management team. The one-time popular rapper, real name Shad Moss, instead believes he himself is capable of managing his own career:
“(I’m) In one of those ‘please don’t f**k with me moods’ today. I’m firing all managers!
I’m managing myself. Who knows me better than me? I know this game very well…”
By his management team, I’m assuming Shad means the in-house management over at his new label Cash Money, as well as the teams handling his other ventures. In any case, with this being real life and not fantasy (as some so easily forget), severing ties with management isn’t as simple as ‘I feel like firing them blah blah blah’. There’s much in the way of legalities and other hurdles before any thing becomes final. What’s more, in most cases, BOTH parties usually want out.
Still, best of luck to him; he’s as sure as hell going to need it judging by who is set to manage what’s left of his career.
