Ciara is in the middle of filming the music video for her new song ‘Ride’. The Tricky Stewart/The-Dream crafted track features Ludacris and serves as the first single from her upcoming album which hits stores later this year. Check some behind the scenes footage below:
The video for the remix of Ludacris‘ hit ‘My Chick Bad’ premiered a few moments ago. Featuring an all-female supporting line-up, consisting of Trina, Eve, Nicki Minaj, and Diamond, the TAJ-directed clip is actually pretty good – with each of the ladies looking on-poiny. Check it out above…
‘My Chick Bad’ is lifted from Luda’s new LP ‘Battle of the Sexes’, which is out now!
‘MTV Spring Break 2010′ is here. Crowds of drunk college students were entertained by the likes of Ludacris, Nicki Minaj, Trey Songz and Drake at the event held in Acapulco, Mexico. Check out the performances below:
Ahead of the release of his new LP ‘Battle of the Sexes’, Ludacris stopped by BET’s 106 & Park to perform the record’s 2nd single ‘My Chick Bad’ along with Diamond and Trina. Peep the performance above!
Mariah Carey has been a busy woman lately. Having just ended her ‘Angel’s Advocate’ US tour and preparing for the release of her similarly titled remix album, another track from her new project has surfaced. The remixed version of ‘Ribbon’ features the song’s co-writer, The-Dream, and rapper Ludacris. ‘Angel’s Advocate’ will be exclusively released via Target on March 30th. Give the song a listen below:
Ludacris premiered the video for his new song ‘My Chick Bad’ today. The clip, which features Nicki Minaj, is actually the first of two videos for the single. The second installment will be a remixed version featuring Eve, Trina and Diamond. Ludacris’ 7th studio album, ‘Battle of the Sexes’, hits stores on March 9th.
While the video is far from ground-breaking, it serves the track well. Minaj’s Freddy costume was actually a nice (and hilarious) touch. The beat on the record is ridiculously good and it’s obvious why the chose this as the followup to ‘How Low’ which peaked at #6 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Teen Pop star Justin Bieber has set the charts alight with hits such as ‘One Time’, ‘One Less Lonely Girl’, and ‘Baby (ft. Ludacris)’ – the video of which premièred a few moments ago on VEVO. Check out the Ray Kay directed clip above. Bieber’s friend and fellow Canadian Drake makes a cameo…
Good video!
Granted the 15 year old’s music doesn’t necessarily rock my world, I must give props where props are due; Bieber is vocally gifted (for his age) and is serving up material, which dually manages to appeal to his age range as well as older listeners (working with producers/writers such as The-Dream and Tricky Stewart). A great move by his label Island (who are backing him B-I-Gtime), as doing so will ensure his longevity.
Tidbit: Biber’s album ‘My World’ is being released rather interestingly as a two parter. The first half was released as an EP back in November last year, while the second half will be released on March 23rd.
BET’s SOS Saving Ourselves (Help For Haiti) is taking place right now live from Miami, Floria. As usual, That Grape Juice has you covered with all the night’s performances, which include the first televised performance from Chris Brown since ‘the incident’, Mary J. Blige, Keri Hilson, Wyclef, Monica, and many more . Be sure to keep refreshing as performances will continually be added…
The Black Eyed Peas kicked off their ‘The E.N.D.’ world tour last evening in Atlanta, Georgia. The show brought out one of the band’s good friends, Ludacris. Check out more images below:
