It may have been a few years since ‘We Be Burning’ beau Sean Paul blazed the charts with his Caribbean tinged hits, but its apparent he’s quickly on the trail to change that.
Already seeing his name atop charts via Beyonce‘s 2003 hit ‘Baby Boy’, looks like Paul is poised for round two – this time with her Destiny’s Child bandmate Kelly Rowland. The tune, ‘How Deep Is Your Love’, has already received the video treatment and is due for premiere in the coming weeks.
Now, speaking with VH1, the ‘Gimme Da Light’ hitmaker sheds light on the project with Rowland and even talks collaborating on a gospel tune with the third child of Destiny – Michelle Williams:

As reported here, Matthew Knowles, the mastermind behind one of the best-selling girl groups of all-time Destiny’s Child, revealed news of plans to release not one, but two new projects under the band’s moniker.
Though originally thought to be a set of “new” recordings, reports later surfaced indicating the albums to be collections of greatest hits and unreleased tunes. Be that as it may, Daddy Knowles is still pressing forward – with the ‘Greatest Hits’ compilation up first.
Undoubtedly with hopes that sales of the offering will inspire the threesome to regroup, Matthew is letting fans know when they can snatch their copy of Beyonce, Michelle, and Kelly‘s forthcoming set:

As fans know, former Destiny’s Child manager Matthew Knowles whipped all into a frenzy when he unleashed news that “new” music could be expected from the hitmaking trio in coming months. With implications of a reunion on the horizon, the rumor mill was spun into overdrive when Michelle Williams unveiled her interest in reuniting with bandmates Beyonce & Kelly Rowland.
And, despite the DC3 reunion records being rehash of unreleased tunes, the potential for an accompanying tour heightened hope for a redo of the diva syndicate.
As all three ready solo projects, however, Rowland isn’t so sure that fans should expect the trio together on stage so soon:

‘Unexpected’ performer Michelle Williams made quite the unexpected announcement earlier this year when she revealed intent to return to the gospel platform. A platform, as many know, which has been a lifelong love of the entertainer and themed her first two solo outings.
Now already hitting the promo trail, as the finishing touches are being placed on her 4th solo LP, the former DC beauty took to D.C. for the taping of famed BET gospel program ‘Bobby Jones Gospel’.
Donning a stunning orange dress, the singer lifted snaps of her visit to her official Facebook page today. See them below:

Yesterday saw ‘From Above‘ mastermind Mathew Knowles wow fans with news of a ‘Destiny’s Child’ reunion.
Announcing the release of two re-packaged LPs by the trio this November, his news sparked questions surrounding the trio’s status as an ‘actual group‘, considering their successes as respective solo artists.
Solo artists, who have risen to become just as groundbreaking as the group they once soared in collectively.
So now we ask rhetorically…
Would You Welcome A Destiny’s Child Reunion?
