Moments ago on Twitter, the actress, writer, and producer revealed – alongside her cast-mates – that the series will be back for its third season on August 12th.
The show, which co-stars Jay Ellis and Yvonne Orji, has struck quite the chord with viewers and critics alike thanks to its witty take on Black life, love, and all else in-between.
Besides ‘Insecure,’ Rae has her hands full with a slate of new titles for HBO, including ‘Him Or Her’ – a half-hour chronicles the dating life of a bisexual black man and the distinctly different worlds and relationships he finds himself in – and ‘Sweet Life,’ a one-hour coming of age drama centered around a group of teens growing up in Beverly Hills.
