Success most certainly is the name of ‘America’s Next Top Model‘s game in its 22nd cycle.
Why its diverse group of models may be to thank for its recent ratings rise on ‘The CW‘?
Details below…
The modelling competition originally aired on UPN between 2003 and 2006 before moving to The CW to continue its television journey.
Fortunately, said journey reached a new high recently when its 22nd cycle spawned its makeover episode in which its contestants learn how their styles will be snipped and shaped by the show’s maitre d’ Tyra Banks.
AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL was the series’ most watched telecast (1.344M) in more than 2 years (8/6/13), and was its highest rated episode in A18-49 (0.5/2) and W18-49 (0.7/2) in nearly 2 years (since 11/15/13). Last night’s episode was also its highest rated among A18-34 (0.5/2) since the cycle 21 premiere.
ANTM delivered The CW’s best numbers in the time period since the ARROW season finale (5/13/15) in total viewers and all key demos.
That’s right.
1.3 million.
The show’s latest episode picked up 1.2 million viewers last Wednesday and continues to receive success from critics who praised Banks for delivering racial diversity.
Bravo Ms. Tyra. This is one Banks that knows how to be successful.
Is that gorgeous Asian wearing a thong? Inquiring minds want to know.
He likes women.
Who said he didn’t? People are allowed to look. He is a MODEL after all.
