The video, recorded during the June 2024 arrest in Sag Harbor, shows the 45-year-old undergoing multiple field sobriety tests. At points, he appears visibly unsure, telling officers:
“These are, like, hard tests.”
As the situation escalates, the performer stumbles during a walking test and later admits:
“My heart’s racing.”

It did actually. It kept him from being yanked out of that car. Kept him from being shot. And he still didn’t have to be held accountable in the end. His ego will take a little bruising from this being leaked but that will be soothed down too as all his fans tell him it’s no big deal. He is still being painted as the victim in his crime.
