Amerie’s debuted her newest single ‘Gotta Work’ yesterday. Scott Franklin – who also directed the vid for her last single ‘Take Control’ -directed the video. With a simple concept and great choreography, Amerie really delivered with this one. I’m still not entirely sure about the single choice, but it’s an excellent video nonetheless.

I love the message of the song. Amerie’s voice really shines on the track, it makes you actually wanna get up and do something lol. She is looking fabulous and hot dancing.

Wow!!!!! That song is horrible. You guys really like it? Guess two people will buy it an everyone else will burn it. Song is terrible. The stuff I’ve heard that is suppose to be on this cd just ain’t doing it.

the video as a whole is on point and original idea… the chair dancing is well choreographed and the solo star background works well too.

And no, that’s the only surgery she had! This is only make-up.
Anyway this song is not good.. Her voice is too screechy. Her best songs are the ones from her 1st album. I wish she goes back to that style.
a valiant effort. the song has a pop feel to it. the choreography is great. her makeup is horrible. her voice sounds as if she was hoarse throughout. not so sure this was a good selection for her.
