Taking a break from tour rehearsal, Janet Jackson made an appearance at the flagship store launch of Alexander McQueen Boutique in Los Angeles yesterday. Different is definitely the word for this ensemble, but I must say Ms. Jackson did pull it off rather well.What do you think of the pic?

Um, she looks like she’s supposed to besome floating imitation Jesus or something from a comic book. Not a good look in my opinion.
What’s missing from the dress is the original belt. You can see the original belt at Neiman Marcus. I also think Janet may be a little too short to completely pull this off BUT…I applaud her for the daring design and she should use McQueen’s clothes in her videos.
Now, if she’d just LET GO of those damn clip-on ponytails…
