Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon feature in the cover of the latest issue of PEOPLE magazine, confirming that they, indeed, did get married. Check out the excerts from the issue via PEOPLE.com: “We really do feel we are soulmates,” Carey tells PEOPLE, following their sunset ceremony at the pop star’s Bahamian estate. “I never felt a love like this was in the cards for me.”
Cannon adds: “She is beautiful on the outside and 10 times as beautiful on the inside.”
This still hasn’t sunk in, I’m not sure it ever will. None of this adds up; mainly because of Mariah’s seemingly cautious view on marrying again. In any case, congratulations to them, I guess.
For those still in doubt, any notion of a publicity stunt seems to have been squashed with Oprah’s confirmation of the pair actually eloping. Click here to watch

If it were a publicity stunt, which I don’t really think it is, it seems to be succeeding with a lot of people, especially the skeptics. They are, after all, the people that make “publicity stunts” work 😉
As far as Nick Canon, from Nickelodeon… people seem to forget, that he is also Nick Canon, from own show on MTV, Movies, back to another show of his own on MTV, and more movies, and not a bad actor at all. and oh yes, very cute 😉
