Pussycat Dolls – ‘When I Grow Up’ Video

Published: Friday 13th Jun 2008 by Sam

The much anticipated video for the Pussycat Dolls new single ‘When I Grow Up’ premiered just a few short hours ago on MTV. I’m most definitely feeling this one; the video captures the essence of the song pretty well. The dance break was the business also. Tidbit: The Britney Spears cameo was axed, according to reports; however no reason was given as to why.

What do you think of the video?

    “The breakdown was bad!!!! U can tell their creative team is black!!!! Dancing was tight!!!”

    There creative team? Yes because Robin Antin is black, and so is their choreographer Mikey Minden.

    Amazing video. Did someone just stomp on DK again? I THINK SO. Doesn’t take much though..

    still waiting on seeing something spectacular from PCD because they clearly have not changed their style much and Nicole is still the lead HAM. Glad that there is a DK out there to give me everything I look for in a girl group. VARIETY AND CHARACTER……… not a lead singer with 4 back up dancers who without those back up dancers cant even release an album

    omg leave these girls alone…they are the s*** right now…PCD is the only girl group I can depend to make some good ass songs (Danity Kane as well, but not as good).

    They don’t show Nicole all the time…they show the other girls as well…this is like Destinys child (1999) all over again!

    does anyone have a tissue? i need to stem the flow of blood from my ears

    ‘They don’t show Nicole all the time…they show the other girls as well…this is like Destinys child (1999) all over again!’

    -LOL what!? You can not compare the all-time best selling girl group to these trashy h***…DC3 had CLASS.. PCD is nothing like DC3.

  19. Miranda Priestly of Runaway Mag. June 15, 2008

    DK = The next DC3..

    PCD = The next girl group gone wild. lol..

    Nicole Snauzer and the Pussycat Drones turned out the video, i will admit. But I still agree, the lead singer image needs to change because its just more and more a reminder of the embarrasment of having dropped several videos and leaked tracks of a solo career with no success!

    Their other singles were always hot but I’m not feelin this at all. It’s bad. How did this break onto the hot 100???
