She’s Back…Beyonce, That Is!

She's Back...Beyonce, That Is!After almost a year hiatus, Beyonce is set to return to the music scene this October with not one, but two singles. Check out the press release released by her camp earlier today:

NEW YORK, Sept 09, 2008 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ — Music World Music/Columbia Records will release the third full-length studio album from the international superstar and cultural icon Beyonce on Tuesday, November 18.

One of 2008’s most hotly anticipated new album releases, Beyonce’s as-yet-untitled upcoming album marks the artist’s first new studio collection since the Grammy-winning multi-platinum-selling B’Day debuted at #1 on charts around the world shortly after its international release on September 4, 2006 (in celebration of Beyonce’s 25th birthday).

Beyonce’s fans will get their first glimpse of the artist’s new album with the simultaneous release of two of the album’s key tracks — “If I Were A Boy” and “Single Ladies” — scheduled to impact radio on October 7.
With all songs co-written and co-produced by Beyonce, the artist’s third studio album is her most personal, reflective and revelatory collection to-date.

Lensed live at Radio City Music Hall on September 5, Beyonce’s spectacular performance at the “Fashion Rocks” fifth anniversary extravaganza, a star-studded concert honoring the relationship between music and fashion, will be broadcast on CBS on Tuesday, September 9 at 9pm (ET/PT). Please check your local listings. {Source}

The timing of her ‘return’ couldn’t have come sooner; with all the so-so material we’ve been subjected to from ‘singers’ who can’t/don’t sing (I won’t say no names), it’s great to see that the ‘queen of the pack’, so to speak, is coming back. No doubt this one will be an ‘event’ in itself…one I’m highly anticipating.

Your thoughts?

WHO GIVES A DAMN!!! I REALLY DON’T GET ALL THE HYPE ABOUT BEYONCE. HER MUSIC IS NOT ALL THAT. SAME FOR RIHANNA. PEOPLE NEED TO LOOK BEYOND LOOKS AND LISTEN. NOW CREDIT TO BEYONCE, SHE CAN SING, BUT RIHANNA CAN’T DO A THING BUT DRESS NICE. FOR THE RECORD, THE QUEEN OF THE PACK IS ALICIA KEYS (PERIOD).

  2. Anonymous September 9, 2008

I’m sooooooooooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finallyyyyyy!!!! She will kick on all those horrible singers out there by showin hw a real queen sings n dances!!!!!!!

  3. Anonymous September 9, 2008

  5. Anonymous September 9, 2008

To the first comment… At least your opinion was respectful. But no disrespect, I’m hyped about Beyonce’s new album!

  6. Anonymous September 9, 2008

    OMG!
    I can’t f**kin wait…such a great artist.

  7. Anonymous September 9, 2008

becuase u only favor female singers that is why u said that. Beyonce has albums i enjoy but bday was a hot mess.

  8. Anonymous September 9, 2008

OMG the haters are on their jobs…great. They are never late to work and you can always count on them. Hate on cause Queen B is back bi**hes!

  9. Anonymous September 9, 2008

So her first single is a remake of Like A Boy?

    How original.

  10. It’s Lewis, B****. September 9, 2008

Beyonce is amazing live there is no question of that.. but i don’t see why there is such a massive hype for her return? The singles released from B’Day didn’t do that much for me, Rihanna has had more impact to be honest. Still, am eager to hear these two new singles.

  11. Anonymous September 9, 2008

I agree with the first post, especially the part about A Keys… lol Not a Beyonce fan but I do like some of her songs. I prefer her w/ Destiny’s Child.

  12. Anonymous September 9, 2008

OMG the haters are on their jobs…great. They are never late to work and you can always count on them. Hate on cause Queen B is back bi**hes!

    whos hating?

  13. Anonymous September 9, 2008

I agree with the first comment and the one about her being good live. I like seeing her on TV shows and events but I am not looking forward to her CD. Bday was so elementary to me I could not relate to it. Hate to say it but that album reminded me of someone whose name starts with the alphabet before B. The one good thing about her releasing at this time is that we can get a variety of artists instead of having her shoved in our ears every 30min on radio. It will be interesting i must say, Beywolf, Brandy, Keri, Jennifer, Christina A, Ne-Yo, PCD, T.I, John Legend, Common, to name a few, this fall should be a good time.

******Like Ryan Leslie said at the end of his “Addiction” video, PEOPLE SHOULD ENCOURAGE DIVERSITY IN LIFE, FASHION AND THE ARTS***** REAL TALK

  14. Anonymous September 9, 2008

yeeesss…she’s in gonna kill this industry…legend!!!

  15. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Please stop comparing to Ciara’s “Like a Boy” single, when no one even heard a note of B’s Song. Can’t understand why people are that crazy to hate. Sure, the title sounds the same in some way, but I#m sure it’ll be complete different… so, who cares, there are hundreds of songs with even the same title.

Can’t wait for the singles and album to drop. The Queen is back… waited so long for it 🙂

  16. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Who cares bout Rihanna’s impact!? Everybody was like Beyonce needes a break. I think Rihanna def needs a log stay away from biz. She brings out album after album, that really stresses. B really takes time in between. So. Apart from that sales are not all… Ri and Bee are in different leagues. Beyonce is a “international superstar and cultural icon”. word. …november come

  17. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Wondering how come not even a sneak-prev of any song leaked :??? …but good for her 😉

  18. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Hope the album has more than BDay…first edition was little short, but loved it anyway 😉 …don’t know why many didn’t? November’s gonna B big

  19. shawneebear September 9, 2008

Talk about lips on the ass Sam lol. Anyway, after b-day we all got to see what level she’s on and frankly the chick needs to GROW UP.

  20. Young One September 9, 2008

I’m lookin foward to her album but the song titles are already throwing me off. BUT After watching the BOREFESTS that is the VMA’s and BET Awards. I’m hyped about The Queen of the BET Awards and The Prince of the VMA’s rip it up at Fashion Rocks.

  21. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Your not a true Icon/legend/Queen until other artist start covering your songs and you get a tribute of performances etc. She only got that from DC, her solo career is not what you all think, her tour wasn’t even one of the biggest last year, didn’t even make the top 10. Christina beat her out in that department of all people. No matter how hard the stans deny it due to a severe hypnosis, the girl is not all you sweat her out to be. Sorry!!!!!

  22. Anonymous September 9, 2008

She has good marketing as always…the beauty, the bling…can we just get the album and this being the most refelctive..again marketing, cause she is trying to run her a** as far away from Bday as possible.

  23. Anonymous September 9, 2008

IT funny how her two new singles are coming out when Michelle new CD Oct 7.

  24. It’s Lewis, B****. September 9, 2008

Rihanna sells.. S.O.S, Unfaithful, Umbrella, Don’t Stop The Music, Take A Bow, Disturbia.. just to name a few.

What are Beyonce’ most memorable tracks? Crazy In Love, and that was years ago.

  25. Anonymous September 9, 2008

I must not have been clear, i meant to say that Bday sounded like another female artists CD with whose names starts with A whose CD was out before BDay. If you listened to both artists CD’s you will clearly hear that bday was a product of elements taken from other folks.

  26. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Nothing to hide or?…just spell it out. That “A” artist

  27. Kid-K September 9, 2008

    @It's Lewis, B****.

If thats the case with Rihanna, why are folks so scared to buy her albums with all those hits. What I'm saying is:

    Beyonce's worst: B'Day 3 Top Ten Hits= 6/7Million Sold Worldwide

RIHANNA'S BEST: GGGB 5 Top Ten Hits Biggest Songs of 07-08= 5 Million Worldwide!

So clearly it shows that Beyonce's worst >/=Rihannas Best! WOW!!!

  28. tia September 9, 2008

i’m gonna sit back and watch rihanna stans attack lol…its always hilarious to see

Queen bey is back, these other b****** (minus jazzmine sullivan) should fear their lives.

  29. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Who did she sound like on Green Light and Suga Moma? to name a few, and her song instrumentations direction for that album? Its not Alicia Keys (who outsells her) anyday

  30. Philly September 9, 2008

This is too soon. Anastacia’s last album was 5 years ago. THAT was a break. She talked about cancer and the struggle about treatment, which is far more “human” than Usher and songs about his ex. I have doubts about how “personal” this is going to set, coz for me the standard has already been set.

If she’s going to “take a break” please do it properly.

  31. Anonymous September 9, 2008

    don’ say you mean Amerie

  32. Anonymous September 9, 2008

    **********************************************

**Yes hope that comment wasn't directed to Ashanti, because her albums do not sound anything like Beyonce, but Ashanti does release great albums. Her past, "The Declaration,' would be loved by so many R&B fans if they actually gave it the time of day and listened to it, REAL TALK!

And Let's all not stray from the facts when it comes to Rihanna, Even if her album's don't debut at number 1, or sell tons of millions, She still manges to sell singles, in great quantity, GIVER HER NUMBER 1s. Anyway you put it thats an accomplishment. I mean I'm not the biggest Rih fan but I will stand up for THE TRUTH!

Like I've previously said, why can't people enjoy MORE THAN 1 female R&B artist? Why Not? I'm sure Beyonce's music will be interesting, so let's wait to give it a chance first beore criticzing it. BUT I do believe it was messed up for her to release her album near Michelle's BUT then again, they are now solo artists, so technically it shouldn't matter-right?

    -K.

  33. Anonymous September 9, 2008

There are always beats, songs, voices … that sound like blabla and remind of blah… Hello!? Maybe same producers!? Why can’t we just be crazy bout the new album n stop hatin

  34. Anonymous September 9, 2008

OOOooOOOooOO OOooOOOoOOo OOOooOOooOOO!!!!! and all those Hey!! Heys!!! maybe your talking about Amerie? I did hear a lil of her on Bday now that i think about it

  35. It’s Lewis, B****. September 9, 2008

Beyonce will release the best 2 singles of her album as the lead singles, this will create a buzz and possile chart highly as will the album, after that no-one will give a damn til her next project, just like what happened to B’Day.

As for Rihanna, Disturbia is the 7th single released from Good Girl Gone Bad and hit number 1 in the Billboard Charts and number 3 in the UK charts on downloads alone.

  36. Anonymous September 9, 2008

THIS is not about Rihanna! And for Disturbia it was just the vid that fed that bad song. THIS is about Beyonce… and BDay was more than that. Deja Vu was a major first hit with the first single release. Irreplaceable got the biggest and Beautiful Liar was a huge hit as well. And the fans def will give a damn!

  37. Anonymous September 9, 2008

To the first post, Alicia Keys is the the truth but the reason Beyonce got the edge over her because she can also dance too. Beyonce releasing a new album is a big deal period

  38. Anonymous September 9, 2008

People get nerved by Rihanna, that is not hating, its a fact, she really needs to take a break. …but you’re right. This topic should be bout B 😀

  39. Anonymous September 9, 2008

“Beyonce releasing a new album is a big deal period”

    nothing more to say. right.

  40. Anonymous September 9, 2008

back to topic… anyone wonders if Jay is back on train?

  41. Anonymous September 9, 2008

A very exciting time is about to come… just think of the first look to the cover art… someday the songs will leak…tracklists will be posted… can’t wait for all those news to come 🙂

  42. Anonymous September 9, 2008

I love Beyonce and will def buy the album

  43. Anonymous September 9, 2008

At least I’m sure it will be a better comeback than the ones Mariah or Usher did

  44. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Can’t wait! I’m very excited! GODDESS is back!

  45. It’s Lewis, B****. September 9, 2008

I admit I would like to see Rihanna take a break, but she ain’t going nowhere anytime soon as her duet with T.I called ‘Live Your Life’ is scheduled for release – and I ain’t complaining it’s a great track.

Beyonce’s Deja Vu was easily forgettable after the initial buzz. Irreplaceable sounds like all the same but it is a good song. Beautiful Liar was helped by another diva Shakira in which lets face it, a rather rubbish track.

Being Rihanna’s number one fan, however, I have to admit Beyonce can kill it live, Rihanna can’t – as was proven at the VMA’s on Sunday.

  46. Anonymous September 9, 2008

OMG…I’m just so excited. Can’t wait. I’m checking lots of fanpages and music blogs just hoping any news are waiting. This is so cool. Can’t wait for a first listen to the single.

  47. Anonymous September 9, 2008

just a note… T.I.’s song is not bad, I just cannot stand this O-Zone melody

  48. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Whatever. Beyonce is played out. And, she’s not an icon. To be an icon, your music has to stand the test of time. I just don’t see myself singing “Freakum Dress” ten years from now. Beyonce has had her chance to shine, now it is time for her to step aside because white America has moved on to something else. And, that something else is Rhianna.

  49. Anonymous September 9, 2008

“Crazy in love” and “Irreplaceable” will stand the test of time.

  50. It’s Lewis, B****. September 9, 2008

Rihanna’s grammy award winning single ‘Umbrella’ reached number 1 in over 22 countries, and stayed at the top of the UK Charts for 10 weeks.

    Choke on that Beyonce.

  51. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Who cares. Yeah Rihanna had a worldwide hit. Thumbs up. Loved that song by its time, I admit, but I love Beyonce more… and if Fans cannot get along with each other, I find myself hating on Rihanna and def not listening to her crap. Thats what all this hating is good for.

  52. Anonymous September 9, 2008

    @ It’s Lewis, B****
why are you reading topics bout beyonce at all? just for hating. thats so stupid. shut the f*** up

  53. It’s Lewis, B****. September 9, 2008

Where is Beyonce’s worldwide hit? And I like Beyonce, I think she is amazing live.. I just feel she cannot sell and have as bigger impact as Rihanna. So how about you shut the f*** up whoever you are.

  54. Anonymous September 9, 2008

It doesn’t always has to be No 1. uh? Go out through all the streets in the world and ask people bout Beyonce and Rihanna (who?) …thats impact. Beyonce is well known. Rihanna had a hit for sure, but who will remember her name in a few years?

  55. It’s Lewis, B****. September 9, 2008

Rihanna is only 20/21 years old and has had 4 number ones in the US and a record-breaking single, somehow I don’t think that is gonna be forgotten for quite some time…

  56. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Damn its on in November. I am going to be broke between buying Brandy and Beyone’s albums.

I will admit Rihanna has more memorable hits than Beyonce, but Rihanna really has nothing to bring to the table as far as a performer. She was awful at the VMA’s and she really could have brought it.

B’day was rather forgettable except for “Get Me Bodied”, “Irreplaceable” and “Resentment”. I hope with this album she will have more memorable, mature music that will cement her status for good.

  57. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Beyonce doesnnt like music, she only thinks about sales and money… thats why she is going out with 2 singles…
stupid “i wanna be white” b****
    I hate her

  58. Anonymous September 9, 2008

And neither is Beyonce even without number ones. So, who cares. Those two can co-exist, so can we.

  59. Anonymous September 9, 2008

WHAT ABOUT MICHELLE WILLIAMS’ ALBUM!?!?! NO FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  60. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Your mommys calling… baby. Never heard such dumb s*** as 9:47

  61. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Jup, waited for it, now it begins… the Michelle and bad-bad-Beyonce-for-being-better-than-her-people are awake. stop this. their solo and if michelles feels bad treated she can leave matthew and stuff

  62. It’s Lewis, B****. September 9, 2008

Beyonce can perform ten times better than Rihanna live, yes, that is obvious.

B’Day was forgettable.. who even remembers what singles she released from it after Deja Vu and Irreplaceable?

Whereas Rihanna’s GGGB – Umbrella, Shut Up and Drive, Hate That I Love You, Don’t Stop The Music, Take A Bow, Never See Your Face Again and Disturbia.

  63. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Gosh… now you bring up Xtina… there is enough room in music for them… why has it always be hatin. But if you want so, then Fu*k Christina

  64. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Damn, I can list B’s singles if you want to. But you see, thats the fact, Rihanna released so much in such a short time (some was good, and some wasn’t) I can’t stand her anymore cause she never stops and takes a deep breath of a break.

  65. It’s Lewis, B****. September 9, 2008

Yes I agree, Rihanna does need to take a break now. But she ain’t gonna leave and vanish, she’ll be back with a bang.

  66. Anonymous September 9, 2008

U kiddin’ ? Beyonce got #1 hits like Crazy in love, Baby Boy, Naughty Girl, Deja Vu, Beautiful Liar, and more, and I didn’t count Destiny’s singles, ’cause B = DC + Beyoncé so shut the f*** up !

  67. SG3 September 9, 2008

Do these Rihanna and Beyonce fans get paid to snap on each other or something. I mean damn. It’s not that serious. Here’s the solution…

If you like Rihanna, listen to her. If you like Beyonce listen to her. vice versa. And there will be world peace. LOL!!

I think I should run for president. LOL.

People there is room for more than one entertainer.

  68. Anonymous September 9, 2008

so what about michelle ,what of her album that,s what i,m asking…this is really sad i,m hyped up about b,s album too but i think it,s not fair on michelle. so sad no sacrifice on her part for her so called best friends

  69. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Deja vu was #1 EVERYWERE except THE USA
SO THATS A WORLD WIDE HIT!!!!

  70. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Its sad when it comes to black artist male and female there can only be one, there can never be multiple. I grew up at a time when there was Whitney, Janet, Toni, TLC, Envogue, brandy, aaliyah, monica, and everybody was doing their thing, but now its all about 1 person at a time. What is the industry really on? lets stop fighting and ask that?

ps. im looking forward to Brandy, and Christina Aguilera(that remix of genie in a bottle was the S***!!!!) the most this fall

  71. Anonymous September 9, 2008

please stop, rihanna had worldwide hits as ya’ll want to claim and yet she still managed only 1 measley grammy for some rap collaboration? she wouldn’t even gotten one had jay not been on the song. ya’ll are right, rihanna had all those number 1 singles and still hasn’t managed to be 2x plat in the u.s and has only sold 4.8mil ww. bee with her only hit off of b’day managed to sell 3.3 million in the u.s alone and 7mil world wide. rihanna is still releasing singles from the same album hoping people will remember her name with it. laughing my ass off at someone saying rihanna has an impact? impact in what? please, NOBODY talks about her nasal voice, her lack of performance skills and hell, nobody cares about her. after 3 albums and a gazillion number 1’s (ya’ll keep saying that), she was still AN OPENING ACT on someone else’s tour. how pathetic? beyonce sold out places all over the country including 70,000 who came out to see her in the phillipines. btw, nobody is talking about rihanna at fashion rocks, but beyonce still is making headlines even in singapore with her performance. rihanna stans needs to go sit somewhere and realize that the queen is coming back and your girl is about to be embarrased. personally, i know ya’ll scared cause once the queen comes back, rihanna will be an after thought like she was before the queen took a break.

beyonce fans stand up. i agree with the person who said rihanna’s best doesn’t even equal beyonce’s worst. talk about people saying you have a mediocore album (b’day) yet you managed to sell 7mil, have a top 10 dvd for 9 mons straight, sell out tours in russia, romania, ethiopia, 2 nights at MSG and tons of other places while the person with the supposed best album (GGGB)with the 10billion #1 singles can’t sell 2mil in the u.s. and is still an opening act. rihanna’s 3 albums combined doesn’t equal queen bee’s 1 album let alone the two combined.

TRUE TALENT fans stand up, rihanna stans sit down. we know ya’ll scared, as you should be. if i was a rihanna fan, i would be running scared to! LMAO

  72. Anonymous September 9, 2008

um, i don’t understand what this has to do with michelle and it’s the internet (fans and haters alike) creating buzz. all musicworld did was put out a statement telling us the date the album is going to come out and what the song titles were. in my opinion, they are waiting until michelle’s album comes out before they even start with bee. come one, releasing singles only a month before an album comes out? who does that anymore when singles are being released 3mons in advanced? anyway, the queen is back and like i said, the internet is the one making the buzz.

also, michelle posted a blog saying she can’t really promote cause she broke her toe or something. she needs to get out there or forget about the album. broken toe and all

  73. Anonymous September 9, 2008

first at 11:06… you are so right

  74. It’s Lewis, B****. September 9, 2008

Michelle can’t promote her album because of a broken toe? That’s lame. Rihanna broke her foot but still carried on performing.

If Michelle wants sales, she should get a grip.

  75. Nick September 9, 2008

    I LOVE BEYONCE & CNT WAIT !!!!!

  76. Anonymous September 9, 2008

    Ok its a tie.
Beyonce had 9 and Rihanna has 9. BUT!!!!! About 7 out of 9 of Beyonce’s were #5 and higher. Rihanna had lower than #5 except for 2 or 3 songs.

  77. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Beyonce can go shake her freakum dress over the fact that Rihanna is better than her.

  78. ‘j’ of aTL September 9, 2008

LoL — alot of these posts are so…comical, to say the very least.

When will people stop getting personally offended over someone else's opposing view of a particular artist? sigh…

…since I'm tired of reading miles of ignorant comments, I'll enlighten everyone on my opinion:

You have to respect Beyonce' for the simple fact of her work ethic – point blank. It's really not fair to compare a 'Rihanna' to a 'Beyonce.' Rihanna may be the superficial hot chick of the moment, but Beyonce has proven that she can hold strong in a group…as well as solo. Beyonce has a substantial amount of creative control over her material, ensuring that she'll make a profit regardless of how good/bad her music sells may be.

Also, she has branched out into movies and a rather successful [& legit] apparel line all while maintaining her pop-icon-in-music status. I would like to see Rihanna pull off making two movies and an album in a year's time after coming off a self-headlining worldwide tour.

From my perspective, Rihanna represents everything that is the superficial nature of pop culture. Sure, she's hot right now and appeals to a seemingly wide margin. Yes, she's amassed some catchy singles and 's****-to-fashion' sense of style that works for the time being. But honestly, unless she becomes more than just a one-trick pony and stop allowing the industry to pimp her…manipulate her…and dilute her down to this lil' lifeless shell, she won't last very long into the next decade.

I'm looking forward to this new material Beyonce' will be putting out next month. Considering her past, I'm sure it'll be something to captivate all of us — hate and/or hate.

  79. ‘j’ of aTL September 9, 2008

^typo on the last sentence. I meant to type ‘hate and/or NO hate’.

  80. Anonymous September 9, 2008

    Hahahahaha… what a joke

  81. Anonymous September 9, 2008

U must be smoking crack Creative control has nothing to do with her monopolizing her money. Thats called having business smarts which she does have. She can’t even write a 60% of her albums, that is not being creative, Atleast other female artist who shall remain nameless actually write, compose their albums themselves. Who hasn’t branched out into movies these days? She hasn’t even had a huge amount of success with the movies she was in, make that point when she gets an Oscar. And House of Hell no is not a successful clothing line…come on now! Rihanna is smart and young, do not down play her success, look at Madonna’s career in the 80’s she was young and was on the grind, hit after hit, and tried different things. To me rihanna is the modern day black Madonna as far as cross over appeal and hits. Beyonce is a one trick pony with these black anthems that make black folks look and sound superficial and artificial. Hollywood, Suga moma, Get me bodied? upgrade u? to the left? LOL i will make a list of the ghetto titles

  82. Anonymous September 9, 2008

    Ghetto titles!?
    Comparing Rihanna to Madonna!?
    u must be insane

  83. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Only a Beyonce post can generate so much buzz. I mean there are close to a hundred comments here. You can not deny the chick gets people talking. If that is not star power I don’t know what is. She is a legend hatazz.

  84. ‘j’ of aTL September 9, 2008

…wow, comparing Rihanna to Madonna — hmmm? I’m not sure about that one.

Well, since you just took a s*** on the whole logical concept of being more than just ‘someone who sings’, let us know when Rihanna co-execute produces an album or adds her name to the roster of writing credits.

  85. Mrs. Telia S. Battle September 9, 2008

Beyonce is going to hit big this year!

  86. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Not promoting rihanna just looking at her impact here and worlwide appealing to all races, right now she is doing it better than other female artists. Im comparing her appeal and acceptance to that of Madonna when she first came out. You might be too young too remember that time. You do the research, thats why Rihanna is everywhere on all these shows, not because she has an album that just dropped this month lol because everyone likes her BET/MTV/the KKK, NAACP, Burger King lol Beyonce like exects said is too urban, ghettofabolous will onlty take you so far, and we will see how far she gets with this new album lol we will be singing irreplaceable to her real soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am interested to see wat bee has in store for us. I love both bee and rhi, bee is always on her A game and when Rhi is good Rhi is great(live that is). Both are beautiful and talented so people shut up with the hate and grow up. Besides while both of these women are great A. Keys kills in every category she’s my personal favorite(LOL). I wish they all had Cds out cause that would make for some crazy great awards shows.

BUT I AGREE BEYONCE IS WAAAY BETTER THAN RIHANNA!!!!

BUT THE HATING HAS TO STOP

  99. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Right Hating has to stop. And it has nothung to do with Ciara, just similar song titles, thats all… lets all just wait what Beyonces song sounds like.

  100. Anonymous September 9, 2008

    as I’ve said before…

Please stop comparing to Ciara’s “Like a Boy” single, when no one even heard a note of B’s Song. Can’t understand why people are that crazy to hate. Sure, the title sounds the same in some way, but I’m sure it’ll be complete different… so, who cares, there are hundreds of songs with even the same title.

  101. Anonymous September 9, 2008

THE QUEEN BEYSUS HAS RETURN! IT’S FUNNY HOW PEOPLE LIKE “IT’S LEWIS.B****” CAN SAY THINGS PURELY OUT OF IGNORANCE AND DON’T KNOW FACTS. WHEN “BEAUTIFUL LIAR” WENT TO #1 IN 22 COUNTRIES. ALSO THAT B’DAY SOLD 7 MILLION WORLDWIDE AND HIS PRECIOUS RIHANNA DID 5 MILLION AND BARLEY HIT 1 MILLION IN THE US!!!! WHEN RIHANNA IS CALLED AN “INTERNATIONAL SUPERSTAR AND ICON” THEN YOU CAN TALK SMACK.

  102. Anonymous September 9, 2008

WHY IN THE HELL WOULD BEYONCE COPY A SONG FROM CIARA?! COME ON NOW PEOPLE!!! LOL. THAT IS THE BIGGEST JOKE EVER!!!

  103. Anonymous September 9, 2008

    @ 12:57………………..

IF BE IS SO GHETTO FAB THEN WHY DOES SHE HAVE DEALS WITH LOREAL…..ARMANI….AND TOMMY HILFIGER……….THOSE ARE ALL WHITE OWNED COMPANIES WHO CATER TO WHITE PEOPLE……….CHECK YOU FACTS BEFORE YOU RUN OFF AT THE MOUTH.

  104. Anonymous September 9, 2008

^^ Writing in caps really shows how uneducated you are. And, word of advice, when you start a sentence off with prepositional phrase, use a comma.

  105. Anonymous September 9, 2008

@ 5:24 LOL thats right ignorant @ss lol I posted 12:57 and ok you named some white owned companies. That only means they pimped her @ss out to get money from silly people like you. I doubt seeing Beywolf on those ads made normal thinking people buy their product. Those folks didn’t care about a black face years ago and now they found a way to make money pimping her out, Yea she getting paid, paid to play the role of a house negro in modern society…ahhhhhh WAKE UP STANS!!!! I doubt they even listen to her music or play her songs at their fashion shows.

  106. Anonymous September 9, 2008

^^^^^^LAST TIME I CHECKED PIMPS GET ALL THE MONEY….BEY MAKES HOW MUCH FOR LOREAL AND ONLY WORKS 4 DAYS A YEAR…NOW U TELL ME WHO THE PIMP IS

  108. Anonymous September 9, 2008

@6:07, I’m trying to help you out. But, i can see you can’t help out the uneducated. Obviously, you haven’t been paying attention in class because you don’t know how to spell or use correct punctuation.

  109. Anonymous September 9, 2008

Im sorry I am the biggest B fan but she was not very entertaining tonight, she sounded great but ugh, both performances were boring. I hate to say it, maybe because I love vogue, but Ri Ritard had my attention, i can’t hate on that girl, and i didn’t know she had a make up deal 2….ugh u better bring it next time B!!!!

  110. Fernie September 9, 2008

  116. Anonymous September 9, 2008

why you people are such a haters!!!! stop comprang ciara and beyonce if ain’t hearing beyonce’s new single!!!!! omg beyonce is the greatest artist in the world right now!!!!!! i love her!!!! but i really think that’s not fair for michelle’s success i think sucks the same day omg!!!! really i think destiny’s child will never comeback again for that s*** !!!! michelle go with geffen records like solange i think kelly should do the same thing too!!!!! love !!!

  117. Antonio September 9, 2008

Definitely an EVENT. So excited for this, definitely!

  118. SR September 10, 2008

TO THE POST REGARDING THE “A” ARTIST. ITS AMERIE. Elements that sound the same are because Rich Harrison Produced on both albums. Amerie’s Touch and B’Day. Im not a hater Love all the artist that everyones bringing up. haha too much hate in the world yo. Yes we all know B has more talent than Rihanna, and some other artist but she is not the best. there is no best, B is great and every artist stands alone. no need to compare.

  119. Anonymous September 10, 2008

Beyonce is more R&B than Rihanna. Hence why the more pop fans LOVE Rihanna. Don't ge tme wrong Beyonce has pop songs too, but we can all tell that she has more soul in her music. (singing at last @ fashion rocks, movies: Dream Girls,Caddilac Records, Her first album is way more R&B than any of rihanna's. Thats the difference between there music and enough talk about Rihanna, this post is about Beyonce. so theres no need to drag other artst and compare theres enough hate/love on this site for both artist lol.

  120. Anonymous September 10, 2008

Beyonce did not steal anyone’s style. No one owns a style. Only reason why music sounds the same is because different artist work with the same producers. think of how many artist work with the same people, timbaland, neptunes, etc

  121. Anonymous September 10, 2008

i agree with the above..but am a bit worried cos i read timbaland produced beyonce’s whole album…so she’s doin wat madonna has done..but that sound is old!! now its all bout that techno stuff…hope beyonce and timbaland start something new!!

  122. Anonymous September 10, 2008

why is people comparing Rihanna to Madonna AND Beyonce? I think its INSANE.

FOR RIHANNA STANS INFORMATION BRITNEY SPEARS IS THE NEW MADONNA IN TRAINING NOT RIHORROR.
MADONNA AND BRITNEY ARE AMAZING PERFORMERS AND ENTERTAINERS RIHORROR ISNT AND WILL NEVER BE!!!

WHITE PEOPLE DONT GIVE A F*** ABOUT RIHANNA IF SO SHE WONT HAVE SOLD 60 MIL. WITH 4 ALBUMS TO MATCH BRITNEY’S. SHE IS A SINGLE ARTIST.

THE SAME RIHANNA COULD BARELY WIN A GRAMMY, PEOPLE IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR HER INCLUDING THE LABEL BOSS (LA REID.

THE VMAS SHOULD GIVE RIHANNA STANS AN IDEA ABOUT THE MUSIC INDUSTRY AND THAT WHITE PEOPLE PREFER THEIR VERY OWN ANY DAY!!! THATS WHY THEY LICK BRITNEY ASS 3 TIMES ON SUNDAY(SAYS WHO IS THEIR FAVOURITE)

ANYWAYS, I CANT WAIT FOR BEY NEW ALBUM. BRING IT ON BEY!!!

  123. Anonymous September 10, 2008

shouldn’t talk boit black and white here… I’m white, and I loooove urban music. Especially Beyonce. So looking forward for the album.

  124. Anonymous September 10, 2008

LOLLLLLLLLLL RIHORROR!!! whoever made that name is a GENIUS!

  125. Anonymous September 10, 2008

Good for her….not really a fan anymore. I like more R&B music, and Beyonce isn't really R&B…in my opinion. Production wise…sounds good, but her songs never really talking about anything. Now DC….that would get me hyped. Another Kelly album…that would also get me hyped (Ms.Kelly was on point).
But good luck to her….and hopefully it'll catch my attention.

  126. Anonymous September 10, 2008

Yeah i love real rnb too,..and beyonce is defintely not that…….Im ready for another kelly rowland abulm also…she’s working on the 3rd one as we speak…..and its f***** up how beyonce is doing this to michelle,..everyone for got about her huh….,o well ima just wait for kelly new abulm early next year, till then i can deal wit beyonce

  127. Anonymous September 10, 2008

damn yall argue too much lol!!! get off the computers! lol

  128. Anonymous September 11, 2008

looking forward to brandy’s more….beyonce is a great artist but she’s not gonna kill anyone, maybe michelle but other than that…

  129. Anonymous September 13, 2008

she needs to stay off the scene. beyonce is a horrible song writer. The great singles that she has had of some substance are always written by someone else! Can’t solange get any airtime…damn!
