Chris Brown’s label Jive today announced that the R&B sensation’s forthcoming effort ‘Graffiti’ will now be released a week earlier. Therefore, instead of arriving in stores December 15th, the set will now be available December 8th.

Instead of competing with the likes of Alicia Keys and Lil’ Wayne, the 20 year old will now apparently go head to head with Usher, whose new LP ‘Raymond vs. Raymond’ is said to be hitting stores…you guessed it…December 8th. Should be real interesting!

They’re terrified this crap is gonna flop after the first single goes completely limp at radio and sales.. and the cover for the album is universally panned (except for here, where crap always gets a thumbs up!)

I hope he does well and I’m not even his fan.

Really though, Chris can still perform his ass off but I was done with “Transform Ya” after the second listen, and Wayne is so tired it’s ridiculous. I sometimes question if even he is bored with himself. The video helped the song though (Wayne aside) but still, the song is pretty flat. I wish him luck though; you know people are going to be comparing the hell out of his and Rihanna’s album.

That, and he should have gone with this picture for his album cover lol. I saw him having to defend himself on twitter because people were on his case about his fitted pants.

Hmm. Well pushing back albums never works. Let’s see if this works.

@Bobs, if that was the case, it would have been pushed BACK, not FORWARD. Can you read/count?

You are all lames for one.

For two Chris’ music is not a hit at radio its not even in the top 50 songs played nationwide.

Check Mediabase if you want proof.

Rihanna is going to murder Chris when their albums drop.

Her album is already no.5 on Itunes with pre-sales alone and Russian Roulette was the most requested song at radio with over 1400 listens,it’s also No.2 on Itunes.

He may be in the top twenty on Billboard but is that even that good.

Top 10 would be good not twenty.

Dont be surprized if you see her song shoot straight for the top 5 next week.

    hahahaha.

I love this new site but I hate Sam, he’s so damn rude… and I was so happy when a lamb was brought in but that Trent is more of an ass than Sam and hates on Rihanna twice as harder.

    Pathetic little f***

I love gay people btw, f** to me is a complete B****

  13. RIHANNA LOVED BY WHITE FOLKS = Success 3rd album upwards November 5, 2009

Rihanna fans are pathetic, it’s not a competition who does better, it’s always the Rihanna fans who want to compare, Rihanna only got success with her third album, Chris has been successful since day one, who cares if she’s at number 1, these days any crap can hit the top spot, it doesn’t mean it’s good, Rihanna is all hype but no soul.

She does well because she has a lot of white people buying her music, (mainstream) she had to change up her sound so much and force this fake rock chick image to be liked and to be this popstar, if you look how she started to how she is now, it clear she’s a gimmick.

Anyone who buys her stuff is just sad with bad taste, I think she has the worst fans out there, it’s like the Britney fans are OTT but the Rihanna fans are worse.

OVERRATED ARTIST LIKE RIHANNA HAVE NO PROBLEM getting to NO: 1 because they represent everything what’s wrong with the industry right now.

BUYING MUSIC BECAUSE YOU LIKE THE ARTIST, EVEN IF IT’S CRAP, MUSIC WITH NO SUBSTANCE, IT’S ALL ABOUT THE NAME BUT WHERE’S THE TALENT?

  14. wtf November 5, 2009

smh @rihanna stans..what is thier average age…2 years???? we know def jam and her few fans of the songs bought the hell out of it for it to get there..so sad..anyways wont even argue..let the numbers speak for themselves..get it chris..cannot wait for graffiti!!!!

  15. wtf November 5, 2009

fyi, chris is not getting much airplay is due to the fact that some stations are still not playing his music or do it in limitation..even with that, you cant hold him down coz he is doing well.. some idiots in here i tell you!!!
