From The Vault: Mya, Blackstreet & Mase – ‘Take Me There’

Published: Sunday 11th Apr 2010 by Sam

This week’s classic From The Vault clip is Mya, Blackstreet and Mase’s 1998 contribution to The Rugrats Movie, ‘Take Me There’. An awesome meshing of the Urban and younger Pop/junior audience, the song still goes hard now. Enjoy.

Is this a joke? The Rugrats movie tune?? “An awesome meshing of the Urban and younger Pop/junior audience, the song still goes hard now.”

A lesson in how to kill the credibility of your blog in 1 sentence.

No one liked this song even back then. I remember being a 5th grader at the time and knowing this was embarrassing s***.

  15. Ghetto Fab April 11, 2010

Nobody liked the song??? lol That’s why the song was number 7 song in Uk and number 14 song in US back then. Not sure what numbers mean to you but that clearly means someone was liking the song. Take it easy folks its just kids “feel good” song for the Rugrats for crying out loud lol. It wasn’t some mega hit & the blogger wasn’t claiming it to be, so chill out folks.
