… I’m not sure how to feel about it, I don’t see her crying and I can’t tell if she’s emotional or in pain from singing, not trying to be funny. Just my interpretation. Still like her music but I won’t be listening to her live performances for much longer, she just doesn’t put effort into it, and when you’re a musician, especially on tour you should be doing your damned best to put on the best show for your fans that are spending their hard earned cash to come see you. That was the worst live performace I have ever punished my eyes and ears of witnessing.
From the over dramatic antics of bending over to push out ‘notes’, to her inaudible mumbling in the beginning, I don’t even really know what to say.
As far as her being ’emotional’ about the song, don’t you think it’s a little strange that she waits until she’s in front of hundreds, maye even thousands of people to ‘break down in tears’? Come on. It’s her song. She’s performed it a million times. If there was any genuine emotion behind the words to that song for her, those tears would have been shed in the studio.

Yes. Rihanna will play for 60,000 people in Greece, and over 50,000 at Wembley Stadium in Israel. The tour is doing really well, once again you have no proof to suggest otherwise and I have proof suggesting the tour is doing just fine.

I think it was staged and how can you tell she’s really crying? I could actually see her getting emotional if she performed “Cold Case Love.” To this day though, I must say that I’m a Rihanna fan, I have purchased all four of her albums but I still don’t think I’d pay to see her in concert. Her vocals sound so much better on a record that they do in concert. For all of the success she has received it’s kinda sad to see her below average performances.

As far as her ticket sales go, anyone who reads here knows that a lot of us predicted this weekend that this week her ticket sales would skyrocket because her company will start buying her tickets in bulk. the liquidation sites have lots of Rihanna tickets.
I can’t see where she’s crying, but I did see on another blog where that same night she was at a club until 5 am drinking. Maybe she was drunk or high onstage.
Lots of singers get multiple awards and go platinum and sing squat. Milli Vanilli anyone? People buy her music because of the beat and her image. Everyone with fully functional ears knows she can’t sing.
I can’t say anything about her personally because I dont’ know her. All I care about when I buy a CD is whether the voice on it is going to make my head hurt.
There is no way she would be pushing a new CD AND going on tour unless the record company was trying to recoup losses from overpromotion.

you are mistaken. It’s no where near 20 million. it’s more like ten. and Rihanna isn’t pushing a new cd. Is there a release date? There’s been talk of Rihanna being in the studio and producers talking about how they’ve worked with her recently, but she isn’t pushing anything besides Rated R and the Last Girl on Earth tour. According to this site, Rude Boy was supposed to be the last sigle from this album, and yet, she’s just shot two more videos for two more singles. There’s going to be a Rated R remix album out later this month or next. So no, she isn’t pushing a new album. Rihanna is promoting Rated R and doing a tour based on her current album, just as any other artist promoting a cd would do. Only her haters keep bringing up how her tour supposedly isn’t selling and inventing excuses for why she’s supposedly failing, but the twit pics with the packed arenas, her album which continues to chart and sell, and her relentless single sales, all tell a different story.
I love you, Trent and Sam, but you could lighten up a little on the Rihanna shade. But to be honest, they didn’t throw shade on this particular post.

This is quite random..but, I just go finish watching Rihannas “S.O.S” video on Tv, and she has changed to me. I don’t know if pay attention, but she had this certain glow in her face.
