He did a good job… Let me say that first…Its hard for ANYONE to come behind fantasia,
Especially on one of her own songs.. He kept it orginal though. However, i cant get into anyone singing this but her, she puts sooo much emotion and tells are story with the grit in her voice, power quaking wailes and her incompareble runs scatts and riffs and runs. To me this guy comes off as a back up singer you like the appitizer before the main course.. Lok he sounds like hed begood at singing back up for her.. Yes he can sing but theres nothing special… And after seeing fantasia turning it this week on all of her performancrs .. Man.. He gets a A for effort though
I agree with the comment above. The guy can sing…. kinda, i think what gets me is that now a days all the male singes seem to sing in the same pitch whereas years ago there seemed to be some diversity with the artists., he could’ve easily sung this a pitch or two lover and sounded good.

All male singers want to sing high nowadays, and i think it is holding them back! When’s the last time you heard a male powerhouse singer?
he can sing i give u that, but to me, this was NOT good! i mean, he could’ve lowered the key or something instead of using falsetto to hit all the notes, no one can do it like tasia! that’s for sure!
i think the young man did his thing, i hope if he reads these comments he would not be detoured by any negativity and keeping working on his craft. GREAT JOB
