Chris Brown’s plans to hit the road with Usher may have been scrapped but that has not stopped the young entertainer from planning a concert of his own. Brown will be launching his ‘Fan of A Fan’ tour later this year alongside his mixtape collaborator Tyga. This news comes as no surprise as the duo’s single, ‘Deuces (Ft.
