FYI before anybody try to drag me for commenting on Usher and his euro-pop songs and not CB let me say this I have listen to Usher since My way and I am a fan of his R&B songs just like I am a fan of R.Kelly R&B. If Kells started making euro-pop songs it would be a sad situation for R&B music It’s kind of selfish but I feel his voice is for R&B music.CB voice is for Pop and R&B I love CB but he has no classic R&B songs like Usher and Kells maybe one day but not now his songs are for the now I still play songs off of CB’s first album but CB never to me was a straight R&B artist if anything he does light R&B.

I didn’t really like this song at first. I just thought it was okay. But the song grew on me overtime and now Ilike it. The video is cool, he probly didn’t have much time because he’s on tour. I will always be a fan of usher.. Confessions was his best album.

I think Usher and Kelly didn’t experiment early enough in their careers with dance/euro pop, which is fine because they didn’t become a jack of all trades(but Kings of R&B). I actually think because they didn’t compromise their sounds they’ve mastered it and became legends! Usher has done some great pop records too! He’s also perhaps the only one that has filled MJ’s shoes(just somewhat), but his cross over music (which was mainly “light R&B”) allowed him to stay true to himself and what he do. I personally like the R&B/pop friendly Usher most.

Um…yeah I agree Sam…it serves it’s purpose I guess, but for the most part it was pretty bland. The way the camera was shaking and him screaming in the camera was getting on my last nerves. I hate it when the camera shakes like that! I couldn’t even watch the whole damn video! Even though I don’t like the song too much, it is a very high energy dance record so the video could have given a lot ‘more’! Lol!
I guess he has been really busy with his tour and everything hence all of the tour footage, so maybe he really didn’t have time to shoot a better video. They just threw something together real quick. Even though I am a fan, I can say that I have really been disappointed with Usher’s videos lately. They have all been just so average. Why the hell is it coming out to so late anyway?? The song was released months ago!

I’m an Usher fan but I give my honest opinion when I say that I think Usher is at his best when he does r&b. It seems more natural for him and I think his voice is better suited for r&b. All of his ‘classics’ are r&b records. None of his pop songs have been ‘classics’, they are just what is hot ‘right now’. Now I know CB has released some average songs, but ‘Forever’ is a classic dance record and will be remembered as one of his best. Plus it was years ahead of this current pop trend where everything literally sounds the same. CB’s voice isn’t as deep as Usher’s so he does pop well but can also easily transition to r&b.
However I don’t agree that CB’s has had no classic r&b records. ‘Deuces’ may not be a slow jam, but it is r&b and trust it will go down as one of his best! You can bet they will be able to play that 10 years from now and it will still be hot! I also think ‘Up to You’ is gonna be a classic! I also feel that ‘Glow in the Dark’ was a classic record and if it had been released as an actual single it would have been huge. ‘Glow in the Dark’ was a beautiful record (that guitar solo was EVERYTHING) that should have been on an album not a damn mixtape! SMH!

I really haven’t liked much (if any) of the music that Usher has been coming out with, since, well, Confessions…
To be honest, I think that Usher is a damn sell out, actually I know he’s a sellout but whether or not you want to argue if he’s a sell out, you have to admit that these electronic-pop songs that he’s releasing don’t suit him well! “OMG” was hot because of the beat, the lyrics were corny as hell, but all of his other dance and Euro-pop singles sound too much a like and like everything else that’s on the radio. Usher actually has a smooth, R&B toned voice; when he sings songs with beats like these, it sound a mess. Plus, he’s lost his touch. Selling 1 million copies of an album today, when he’s sold 20 million copies of an album in the past is so laughable and embarrassing, especially when his protégé, Justin, sold more than he did (2 million+). This video was a waste of time and $2,000.
And why are people calling Usher a flop??? That word needs to be eradicated from the human race.
