Peep R&B crooners Usher and Miguel posing it up backstage at the Coachella Music Festival yesterday (April 15th). The pair are label-mates, and struck up a rapport after Miguel served as the opener for Usher’s ‘OMG Tour’ earlier this year.

I still can’t wait for Usher’s new project. He’s an amazing talent and his music’s always been there for me. I couldn’t just turn on him for branching out & trying different styles if music.
Can’t wait for what’s next.

Ya’ll are sleeping on Miguel. His song “Sure Thing” is the TRUTH and getting alot of love on urban radio & clubs and his album is great. Miguel has a stronger voice than Trey Songz and Chris Brown (and I’m a CB fan). Unfotrunately narrow-minded people will look at how he dresses or rock his hair that he must not be straight, which doesn’t matter when it comes to good music.
Miguel will make a name for himself in 2011 mark my words.

It is what it is. Good music or not. And it’s the buyer’s opinion that counts. I don’t care of Sure Thing or him but I’m glad he has an audience without prejudice.

In the interviews I’ve seen he has said Sure Thing & All I Want Is You are about a girlfriend of four years and affirms he likes women. People have to stop automatically equating what an artist wears to define their sexuality. Trey Songz, Chris Brown, Usher and Ne -Yo have all been questioned about their sexuality and it’s dumb. There are guys walking around in all types of clothes that are on the “down low”.
Plus if an artist is gay as long as the music good why does it matter. If your ears like what you hear that is all that matters.

I’m not questioning his sexuality or anyone else’s. It is what it is. If I was purely thinking of an alleged gay man that can blow it would be RAHSAAN PATTERSON- underrated talent with a VOICE! That is over looked because of his supposed sexuality. I’m not trying to date any of them, I like what I like.

Anywho, I had no idea Miguel was damn short and small He’s shorter than Usher and Usher is only 5’9! He looked tall in his videos. *shrugs* Love his music though, his album was on point. Too bad it got slept on. His hair is a no no too!

True! He isn’t the most masculine looking dude, and I for damn sure don’t find him attractive, but his music is the truth! His voice is beautiful and he is one of the few artist who sound just as good live as he does on the record. I remember Miguel on 106 talking about how ‘All I Want Is You’ (MY ISH) was about a former gf so believe if he says he is not gay. He can’t help the way he looks and it shouldn’t matter anyway.
It seems like every male r&b singer has to go through the ‘gay’ rumors. It must be really frustrating for them. He really needs to something about that hair though. It really bothers me.
