man, this dude is the s***! First off he’s Hawaiin, and has soul music and r&b on lock, he’s studied all the greats, and has his pop music appeal. Come on haters, year ago no one knew him mainstream, now he is featured on Eminem’s first single, and also featured on Jay Z and Kanye West’s First single with Beyonce. If those features arent major, then that doesn’t speak volumes for his talent. Jimmy Early said you cant keep a brother with soul down…….this Bruno Mars cat comes from a musically talented/gifted family, it’s in his roots.
And I just wish someone like a Chris Brown, knew how to give classic performances like Bruno. No hate on Chris because I totally can see Chris being as great as Bruno, but it’s just something about Bruno’s delivery……..Anyway, I’m just comparing young male r&b talent, I couldn’t mention Trey Songz becuz he doesnt have the moves.

He’s alright. Something’s missing though. It’s either he needs to change up his songs a bit cause they sound similar or he needs to put more energy into the performances and have better vocals. Something’s just missing.
