R&B veteran Maxwell treated fans to renditions of some of his well loved music recently, on VH1’s storytellers. In the Metropolis Studio of New York City, he performed ‘Get To Know Ya’, ‘Pretty Wings’ as well as the toe tapping ‘Sumthin’ Sumthin”

Definitely the king of soul, so smooth, and his sound is smooth and timeless, his songs from his first album 15 years ago still resonate today, the show totally made my Friday night. It was great.

@Anthony..Luther Vandross..NEVA! There will never be another. I love Maxwell too but that is definitely stretching it! We are all entitled to our preferences and/or opinions but as a die hard Luther fan, that is too far-fetched.
Nice….I hope he is not dating that white girl.
EPIC!
Drown Deep: Hula was amazing! Kenneth Whalum III was smooth on the Soprano.
