Just when the world thought her talents could not be any more diverse, Tiffany Evans has proven once again that there is no style of music that she cannot make her own.
For today her remix of DJ Khaled‘s ‘I’m On One‘ has surfaced and sees the performer take on the Hip Hop anthem with relative ease.
Get familiar with the remix below…
If anyone is to fill the void that Aaliyah left in the world of crossover R&B, it’s Ms. Evans.
For unlike many of her contemporaries, her smooth and controlled vocals give her dominion of the beat and not vice versa as has been the case with many female artists who have tried to remix Hip Hop releases.
Here’s to hoping any future releases from the starlet see her move one step closer to where she needs to be to earn the respect for being the gifted entertainer that she is.
GO TIFF
@TGJ STAFF YOU WENT WAY TOO FAR…AALIYAH COMPARISON IS A NO NO AREA.
I don’t get any Aaliyah vibe. You seem to not have a SINGLE CLUE about what Aaliyah represented. Her vocals are not channeled here, let alone her groove and style.
She is very talented, but her attitude is holding her back. I wonder what happened with her and Matthew knowles
she is suchhhhhhhhhhhhh a good singer she could definitely be the next beyonce
This is straight fire. Her voice is so smooth. i will watch out for her now
I dunno about this new staff yall got here lol. From grammatical mistakes, to the increased Rihanna hate and now this comparison.
Tiffany is a vocalist though.
I am sick and tired of these singers who can’t make it releasing their own remixes of popular songs. It’s so damn cliche and usually doesn’t sound better than the original. Tiffany can sing, but this sounds a hot mess and isn’t mixed and mastered correctly. The lyrics are stupid and why does she have the original rappers still on there? If she’s going to create her own version, she should just have her vocals on there.
Make sure you get your copy of Alicia’s Keys classic “Songs in A minor” 10th Anniversary Edition here before its too LATE!!!>>>http://bit.ly/izIyiN

I think Her, JoJo, & Charice are the next generation of amazing vocalists
I like her version, but you deserve a ‘ho sit down’ on the Aaliyah comparison.Fail!
I wish this song was available to buy! This remix is straight Fiyah!!
I love tiffany evans, she is amazing and is very talented. However, she needs a label that can promote her like crazy. she has a great voice and with great producers, some underground producers and some well known ones like stargate, timbland, stereotypes, etc. she could really blow up, she should do a song with chris brown and nicki minaji. I uve her, universal motown would be a good label for her. Just stating my opionion.
Nothing about this gives me Aaliyah, i hate how her name is tossed around all the time from Ciara to even Cassie when she 1st came out. I hear Ciara all in this to be honest Tiffany and Ciara sound so much alike with Tiffany voice just being more powerful but as far as tone they sound like twins
Jojo would have slayed this even Keri……..
tiffany Evans is soooooo great…ionly wish she sings more regularly…the voice is F****** AMAZING
I like it this remix. Tiffany Evans is such a talented girl, I can’t wait to hear her new material.
I don’t see what’s so bad about comparing her to Aaliyah. Yes she’s an R&B legend, but I don’t see why people get but hurt when she’s put in the same sentence as someone like Tiffany Evans. I mean come on, it’s 2011, people are always going to compare. Honestly, she’s nothing like Aaliyah, Ciara REMINDS me more of Aaliyah.
Oh and it’s funny how people are getting all “BLAHBLAH IS THE BEST” after the artist passed away.
smh if you don’t like her take ya stank ass out here duh!
Love this song. Tiffany you have anice voice.
this is fire,she got skills.
