New Video: Enrique Iglesias – ‘Dirty Dancer (ft. Usher & Lil’ Wayne)’

Published: Friday 24th Jun 2011 by TGJ Staff

Spanish singer Enrique Iglesias recently released the visual for new single ‘Dirty Dancer’ which features R&B heavyweight Usher and hip-hop titan Lil’ Wayne. Directed by Ethan Lader, the clip finds the Pop star surrounded by beautiful women in a futuristic gentlemen’s club.

Check it out below…

Usher and Enrique, who are both over the age of 30, have experienced recent career resurgences in the current pop climate, and joining forces with one another is an obvious attempt to keep that momentum going. ‘Dirty Dancer’ is lifted from Enrique’s 2010 album ‘Euphoria’ and Usher’s ‘Versus – EP’, the single has, thus far, peaked at No. 18 on Billboard Hot 100.

Lol at the shade Sam! I actually didn’t know Enrique was over 30. *shrugs*

It’s funny cause I’ve never heard the song before & I had no idea that this was on Usher’s LP. It’s a cute catchy song that like a lot of whats on the radio and the video is very typical. I never really liked Enriques voice & all of his recent stuff has been sounding the same to me.

I am ready for Usher to get back to his r&b roots. I wonder if he has started working on new material for his next album yet. *shrugs*

I am really tired of everybody working with Lil Weasel for a hit too. It gets soo old!

I personally like the song n don’t mind when usher is exploring new things. Thats what makes him so very good @ what he does because when he puts it down it can do nothing but b come great. He is king!

This isnt r&b, soul, slow jams, dirty hip hop, baby making music, this is full on pop music… and pop music attracts children and teenagers, and this is FAR TOO MUCH for children to see… wats wrong with u selfish people!!!… ur kids are lose their virginities at the age of 8 at this rate, why are playing blind for, this is normalizing s** and poll dancing and sexual behaviour to youngsters… sooner or later this has got to stop!!!
