In what has most certainly become the hot topic of the day, the reports around the alleged assault on Rap performer Nicki Minaj died down when the starlet took to Twitter to refute the rumours this morning.
However, that is all about to change.
For more information about the assault has surfaced, information that neither she or her team may want the Popverse to know about.

TMZ have revealed that a police report that they have obtained disclosed the following information:
Ms. Minaj and a male companion got into an argument at the pool of an upscale Dallas hotel which led to the male returning to one of the hotel rooms. Nicki followed the man up to the room they were sharing, to make sure he didn’t take any of her stuff.
She was in the room looking into her suitcase, which had some of the man’s belongings, when she says he “grabbed the suitcase and as he was picking it up, he shoved the suitcase across the starlet’s chin and lower lip.”
The police report allegedly states that because she did not want to press charges when the paramedic was called, the case was closed.
Though this will assist in generating attention for Nicki’s E!Special which airs this evening, it has unfortunately revealed that the starlet was not so honest about her age.
As the police report reveals that she is 28 and not 26 as she had previously claimed.

To all those saying she lied about her age. Remeber, Nicki wasnt born in this country. It’s very common for immigrants parents to hike up their ages or lower it to make them look more favorable for immigration purposes. Its very easy to get fake birth certificates in other countries. So while her us id might say she is 28 she might indeed be 26. Just saying since as an immigrant, they had to hike up my age so I could get a student visa in the U.S because I was way too young.
Before y’all go calling Nicki a liar, I don’t ever recall her ever revealing her age. Like normally artists will say e.g. I’m *insert name here* I’m from the Bronx and I’m 24 years old. I think saying “attacked” is a inflammatory word and TMZ and other blogs LOVE to do that to get you to read the story. If you read the initial story it didn’t sound as bad as it did before reading it. It’s not the media that blew it up though, it was the people whom comment on the blogs. People were already condeming people with that very vague story. Now that there is confirmation something happened but maybe not what people initially thought, there is still speculation and rumours. If police are indentifying SB as the assailant then he looks silly denying that he is. Nicki denied being slapped or punched even though some would say what happened is the same thing.
The police nor TMZ have no real reason to lie but people need to understand that blogs are not real journalists, it’s entertainment. It’s not their job to present ALL the facts sometimes they present what they want to build the story. We have to be more aware and not take everything as gospel. That being said TMZ generally doesn’t make things up.
