   I absolutely agree with Bey as the choice for Queen of R&B. She consistently exhibits overall strength in each category better than the other choices in my opinion and she clearly was able to garner a block of support better than the other artists. I think the non-Bey voters were spread too thin to make an impact. She’s the best at combining vocals AND choreography in one show. As for the ‘1+1’ video, I think it will mainly appeal to men and I agree that it looks cheap but then again its just a visual for a non-radio, unofficial single. I’m looking forward to the video for the next radio/official single which I guess will be ‘Party.”

   Forgot to comment on Rihanna’s video, I haven’t seen the whole video, only your clip from above and based on that it looks pretty good. I guess because I don’t follow Rihanna closely so I the footage was new for me and I think the whole behind the scenes, freestyle looking video works well for songs like ‘Cheers.’ The song is just okay for me. I have to be honest and say that although I like the music and lyrics, I don’t really prefer Rihanna’s vocal delivery. Currently watching the Aaliyah special (now on pause) and enjoying it so far.

   I like Rihanna’s new video. I don’t know what she would have done instead of tour footage, because a club would have been boring.

   Bey’s video is different but very nice and the effects were awesome. And she deserved the queen of R&B, but so did Mary J, Alicia Keys, Brandy and Mariah.

   RIP Aaliyah. So sad that she died so soon after the Rock The Boat video was shot.

   I got a question for you Patrick. What are your fave songs off of 4 and also what are your all time favorite songs from any artists and any year?
