After a somewhat slow start, the wheels are finally turning for Leona Lewis’ new LP. Indeed, with the video for its lead single ‘Collide’ but a few days away from premiering, no time seemed more apt than the present for the British songbird to reveal the title of the the album.

Speaking to InDemand UK, the 26 year confirmed that the album is titled:
Glass Heart
Titles aside, let’s just hope the actual material resonates. After all Leona is such a phenomenal talent, yet the material on past albums oft failed to showcase that gift to the best of its (chart) ability.
‘Glass Heart’ is slated to arrive in stores before the year’s end.

its very house techno, so depends on what crowd shes trying to capture after being known for a ballads. The song is doesnt have many riffs or chreshendos which makes it a lil flat, so it doesnt really take you to different levels of emotion…its more a constant flow. I think it can be twirked a lil more (vocally), however she sounds great!
Being a pop artist would suit her best, but she needs to get peoples attention again with something hot, by doing something a little unexpected. I’d like to see a lil more hip/hop/pop.. soul side like MIA beat/ britney/leona/maryj blige.
DOnt be afraid to get a dirty LEONA….the super clean darling image is cute…but you have to change is up and not s*** slutty either…..but fun/ soulful/ dark/popish!

I hope the whole album is not like Collide. I know she has to sell music, but I prefer artists to express themselves the way they feel, and I know that Leona probably enjoys ballads more.
She’s working with a very talented, funky production outfit called Mojam. If their tracks make the cut, the album will be sh!t hot.

TPTB effed up Leona’s chances in the US by constantly referencing Mariah Carey during her promo. If they had just allowed her voice to shine and let American audiences get to know her organically I think she could’ve gained a bigger following.
I like her personality – she seems like a sweetheart but her label hasn’t really pushed her to the US. I have to search youtube for interviews and profile shows about her although I am of the mindset that if her music is good, she wouldn’t need a big push from her label.
I am a fan who is rooting for her and am anticipating the new music but I was very disappointed with her last album, ECHO and if this one is equally bad I’ll have to put Le-Le on my “must hear 3 or 4 singles before I buy the album” list.

Like the title it is alright, but Leona rocks!
Leona is so talented and “Collide” is an amazing, dancy, radio-friendly song.
I hope this is the album that brings everything she is capable of, because she is unique in her own right and I think the people behind her are struggling to find her place.
I like the title and Collide is a great single to me. I listen to it everyday.

Love the the single and still early to judge the name of the album, I like better when one word name like Spirit and Echo (Twilight as aswell)
