Sounds interesting. Amazing how many singers came out that family and who they sang for. I mean whitney’s mom sung back up for Aretha Franklin and Elvis Presley. Whitney is so fortunate to have been around the greats.
I get chills everytime I hear Cissy Houston (whitney’s mom) amazing soprano on Aretha’s ‘Ain’t no Way record
Mehhhh… i think this is one of those indie pic deals that will never see the light of day except on dvd. No PR or publicity on this doc whatsoever tells me it was a small project. There was already a documentary last yr on the Sweet Inspirations in which Cissy made some comments. Sad what became of the Sweets. 2 have died and the remaining members have struggled to make ends meet and one lives in poverty. That was an eye opening doc.
This sounds great. Whitney comes from royalty. A family of GREAT singers. Glad her/their story is being comprised into a documentary. I cant wait to see it! Good stuff..
Hell yes I will be watching! I don’t think people know how influential and how much of an impact this woman has made on music, alongside MJ and Madonna. Whitney’s life is more interesting than many of the other stars out there, so this will be a treat!
Nippy 2012 BABY!
Well, can’t wait to see this!!! I’m sure this will not be one of those documentaries where they just put Whitney’s name on it but turns out that she actually says 1-2 sentences lol This is really about her!!!!
2012 = Year of Whitney!
yes, whitney’s history is so rich. Can’t wait to watch this.
What can I say? True diva!
Can’t wait to look at this family’s musical legacy traced back. These youngsters will be schooled on just how royal Whitney’s musical heritage truly is
To bad her voice is gone….
Whitney’s voice is still good, she just has bad days and that’s what the media focuses on; she had given great performance that were over looked.
@Crack Is Wack, up your grammar dumb ass, it’s ‘too’ and not ‘to’
Hope the f*** at ClassicWhitney, especially that Muslim Queen Manish, don’t cream themselves over those fooled mouth Drinkards.
Sounds interesting! That family musical history is amazing. Love me some whitney.Bring on sparkle!
A Drinkard married a Drunkard, and what a calamity that ensued. Crack IS whack, so get back!
