According to a Ms. Christal Spann, Brown and Young Money MC Tyga were partying at Miami’s Club Cameo in the early hours of Sunday morning, following his performance at the 54th Annual Grammys two weeks ago.
Spann, who purports to be a long time fan of Chris, claims that as the pair made their way into his Bentley, she snapped a picture of him with her $500 cell phone. This, she says, is where things got ugly.
Snatching the phone from her hand, Brown allegedly said ‘B*tch you ain’t puttin’ this on no website’ , rolled up his windows and sped off into the night.
Now, according to NBC Miami, he is wanted by the state’s attorney office for ‘robbery by sudden snatching’ and if arrested could face jail time, as he is still under probation for his assault on Pop star Rihanna back in 2009.
A warrant for his arrest is being prepared.
