So, in a bid to boost awareness for the LP and her recent signing with Epic records, she took to SiriusXFM to dish on the LP and the continued support the ‘CSquad‘ shows on her on Twitter.

Her new album will flop. No one besides her fans would want to buy the album. But I think she will get hit singles from the new era. Ciara has probably realised urban music isn’t popular anymore so I’m guessing she’s made songs like Chris Brown’s “Yeah 3x” or “Turn Up The Music”.

I dont understand how this site works. You bash Rihanna for not being able to sing well, but you “eagerly anticipate” another non singer, Ciara. She’s an amazing dancing and performer (while lip syncing), but she is not a good singer. AT ALL. I dont understand…can someone help me. Is there a double standard? or…just major hater-aid going on. BTW, I dont think Rihanna can sing either. But they should get the same treatment if we are judging them vocally. I would even argue that Rihanna edges Ciara vocally, (but thats not really hard to do)

I love Ciara, I’m a fan and I think she’s talented and VERY promising, but I didn’t like some of the things she said. I REALLY don’t like it when artists talk about their “brand”. Do what you have to do to earn a living and lead a good life, but since you’re a performer and not an enterpreneuer, just focus on what’s important: the MUSIC. Or at least that’s my opinion…
Anyway, it’s good to know that she will be more involved in the production of this project, she’s grown and I hope this album will be her ‘Control’ or her ‘ΛΛLIYΛΗ’, even though the “brand/ empire” talk was anything but encouraging…I’m definitely checking for her, though…I hope she delivers!
