Nicki Minaj Joins Madonna For New ‘MDNA’ Track?

Looks like pop icon Madonna is looking to give ‘Give Me All Your Luvin’ fans a redo with Nicki Minaj.  While the ‘Stupid Hoe’ hitmaker is launching her own campaign for the ‘Starships’ led ‘Pink Friday:  Roman Reloaded’ (April 3), it looks like Madge is set to reload the rapstress on yet another track on her 12th LP ‘MDNA’ (due March 26th).

Details below:

A very reliable source has unveiled that the musical mavens are set to join forces again for ‘I Don’t Give A…’ – one of the recently revealed tracks set to fill out the Queen of Pop’s next offering.  While no word has been lifted on if the song will enjoy single status, word has it Madge is pulling out all the stops in an aggressive campaign for her next musical ventures – album and accompanying tour.

‘Give Me All Your Luvin’, the two’s first trek with rapper/singer M.I.A., peaked at number 10 and is now set to be followed by ‘Girls Gone Wild’.

Ya peaked at number 10 >> Now at #58 on Billboard 3 weeks later. First venture together was a flop, and so will be the second. It’s like these two ladies planned career s****** at the same time, nothing like support on the way down. down.

Nicki, stop. You still have hop. Madonna, rest in the ’80’s, you ol’ and down women. bow out with class, t***’s aren’t feelin’ ya so stop tryin’ so damn hard.

Madonna is looking desperate for a #1 single.

  3. Onyx March 1, 2012

OLD OLD NEWS as always, the song is not gonna be a single trust me.

  4. haterzstaypressed March 1, 2012

Madonna knows that Nicki is a beast on BB100 (currently with two songs in the top 10 – a first for any female rapper) so she’s gonna go to the hit maker. Problem is if the music SUCKS it doesn’t matter what Nicki spits, that s*** will flop. Madonna needs to update her sound like yesterday…

  5. NewF*York. March 1, 2012

@HATERZSTAYPRESSED. Amen. Thank you, this is Madonna’s problem, stop chasing & Start creating. There’s no soul when you chase, just mediocre.

  6. MISHKA March 1, 2012

Somebody is gonna get fired over bs.

It doesn’t matter who she sings with, the song has to be good. Point blank.

well it,s business,if she gets at least one younger fan to buy her album,i guess her job is done, but why did madge dis gaga though, remember gaga have some loyal fans too and they are going to fight against madge for that, typical of any fan base if you attack there favs[i would do the same too if i was a gaga fan] i have nothing against her though she just need to stop picking fights,it,s not like she is in an actual beef like nicki, anyways i am looking forward to hear that song she did with nicki.

LOL – You know that Give me all your luvin’ was recorded in July 2011, right? Probably, Minaj recorded the vocals for that secong Madonna song on the same wee. Your retarded “immediate” comment “Minaj currently with two songs in the top 10” is just so ignorant that I cannot even start…

On the other hand, I would hardly call a song that had an impact in someone’s career a “flop”. While “Give me all your luvin” was not Madonna’s best single and did not have staying power, it did reach the top 10 which means:

    – Madonna broke her own record and it solidified even more her position as the artist with more top 10 hits than anybody else.

    – “Give me all your luvin'” leaked in 2011, has been played ever since at the clubs I go to, I heard it in NY, Miami and LA before it was released. And its official promotion started a week before its official premiere, before the Super Bowl.

    – Not to mention that it was sold for a regular price separately (on iTunes),or downloaded with the purchase of an album on pre-sale that still costed a lot. Very different from a certain artist who started promoting officially her first single five months before its premiere and sold her album for 0,99 cents.

@PAWS DOWN… I don’t care when Gimme All Your Lovin was recorded – the s*** sounds dated. And? Secondly, I didn’t mention the word “immediate” in my post. Nicki Minaj (according to Billboard) two songs – “Starships” and “Turn Me On” are in the top 10 holding at number 10 and 8 respectively. Name me one female rapper other than Minaj that have ever done it?

Retarded is an offensive word… use something else, dear…

Look, I’m not here to hurt your, or any Madonna stans feelings. I’ve loved and followed Madonna since I was a little girl. But let us be real here, Madonna’s song charged the charts because of the radio promotion deal she has with Clear Channel. Without it, would the song have charted in the top 10? As it stands, the moment the Clear Channel promotion ended, the song TANKED, no?

All I’m saying is, Madonna needs to come with better material. I don’t care if the Pope is on a song with her – if the material sounds dated, then it’s not going to hit.

    Point
    Blank
    Period…

Get yo’ life, bew…. I’m not one to easily back down so erm, yeah keep it moving.

@ Matty you need to pull your head out of your ass. Madonna was hot in the 80’s?? Get serious you and others seem to forget that Madonna is the HIGHEST SELLING artist in HISTORY with 330 million cd’s. Madonna just a few years ago had the HIGGEST grossing Tour of any single artist. So where in the hell do you get that Madonna was only hot in the 80’s?? You people need to check your facts before you post anything. Just because Madonna may not have a number one single does not mean she is a flop nor selling. If anything Madonna stays selling and will continue to do so. FACT

  15. YOOSONDALOOSE March 2, 2012

    Ohhhhhh could be good.
Very disappointed at ‘Give Me All Your Luvin’ but… hey.

  16. Johnny76 March 2, 2012

“Give Me All Your Luvin” peaked at Number 10 in the US,becoming Madonna’s 38th Top 10 hit single in America. At the end of the days, that’s all that matters.Don’t give me that crap about “it only became a hit because of the ClearChannel promotion”,blah blah blah.We could say the exact same thing about *most* of the songs in the Top 40 right now! The truth is,payola is the reason why most songs do well on the charts these days.Let’s not act as if Madonna is the only artist who benefited from an aggressive ClearChannel promotion.

  17. iateee March 2, 2012

I heard M.I.A. will also do another song with Madonna

  18. Ja’mila Dior March 2, 2012

Madonna knows what she’s doing picking artists like Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. who are bringing different things to the industry know one has seen b4. yea i know people gone say Kim started the different color weaves and what not but as we all know Nicki took what kim had created and made it to something better and more lively for little girls and women to be different know wants to be put into a box so why not be different.

  19. sarcasmisthebest March 2, 2012

@ Jason Santoro Madonna is the highest selling artist in history? Uh, does the name Michael Jackson ring a bell? Or how about Elvis Presley? Madonna may have the highest grossing tour of any single artist, but I know very well that she isn’t the highest selling artist in history. Please take your own advice and check your facts before posting that tomfoolery you call a comment.

  20. Keith March 2, 2012

Oh, Madonna…time for a redux…quickly before you begin to besmirch your legacy.

  21. Jason Santoro March 2, 2012

@Scarmiss Check your facts because Michael jackson after Dangerous never sold cd’s the way he used to. So Michael jackson nor Elvis have higher sales than Madonna. Fact. Thank You. Any questions, comments, and or concerns??

  22. sarcasmisthebest March 2, 2012

    @Jason Santoro http://submeg.com/2011/04/25/highest-selling-artists-of-all-time/

Your statement of Madonna being the highest selling artist of all time or in history is false. Madonna has done between 300-370 million.

    Michael Jackson has 350-750 million.

    Elvis Presley 600-1 billion.

So Madonna has sold more than these two in HISTORY? I think not.

Madonna has the record for world’s top selling FEMALE recording artist of all time, not everyone. So once again take your own advice and check your facts.

By the way, Invincible is 2x platinum, Greatest hits is 3x platinum, and other random albums released after Dangerous are between gold and platinum.

Do research to see that Madonna has not out sold Michael, Elvis, or even the damn Beatles for that matter.

  23. BitchIcantevenspellwelfare March 2, 2012

    Madonna,

They carried you in on the throne at the Superbowl. It is time for you to lead! Queens lead. They. do. not. follow.

This “sound” that you are going for right now has ALREADY been perfected on two of your previous albums: “Ray of Light” and “Confessions on a Dancefloor.” Both masterpieces. “MDNA” is sounding and looking ridiculous right now–sorry.

    LEAD Madonna–LEAD!!!!

    *blasts Janet’s ‘Rock With U’ *

  24. Matty March 2, 2012

    @JASON SANTORO
I’m talking about Madonna’s new stuff, it’s not selling like her stuff from the 80’s/early 90’s. She hasn’t had a number 1 since ’01. Her classic songs are classic, but her new stuff just isn’t there. The ’80s reference was not only speaking to her highest career peak, but also the sound and vibe of ‘Give me all your luvin”.

Obviously Madonna’s a legend blah blah – But if she wasn’t a new audience, and not lose credibility, she needs to come out with good, developed music. not something that sounds like it was whipped up in 15mins with the hottest artist at the moment for attention (ie:JT on 4 mins ’08, or B.Spears in me against the music ’03).
