Although renowned for making her way up many-a-musical scale, recent headlines for ‘Hero’ hitmaker Mariah Carey have seen her praised for working her way down another type of scale.
Lambs who have certainly followed the singer’s documented weight loss since debuting twins Monroe & Moroccan last year know she’s lost a reported 60+ lbs since teaming up with weight loss giants Jenny Craig. While enlisted as the brand’s spokesperson, the diva stepped to ‘Shape’ magazine‘s May issue (due on stands April 23) to further illustrate her astounding progress.

Mariah looks amazing! She is the type of person that looks good whether they are thicker or thinner. She always loooks great and healthy. Her hair is on point as usual too! What celebrity are you talking about? I was excited to see who she was with..? lol
I’m not commenting on her weight one way or the other as the woman does not interest me, however this magazine cover is airbrushed to the max – just like they all are now. You honestly cannot believe your eyes anymore, they airbrush people who don’t even need it and often the subject ends up looking somewhat unreal because, guess what folks, nobody looks that perfect in real life ;o)
you people are idiots there’s always been photo correction Minnipulation in the entertainment industry and when you think about alll the complications Mariah had carrying her twins who will be a year old on the 30th then it’s easy to see how she gained 70lbs which isn’t astronomical for twins anyway. her bellybutton situation isn’t from a tummy tuck she wasn’t allowed to have one due to complications including high blood preasure which could’ve caused a stroke which at very least would’ve left her parralized and unable to nurse ask Lucy Dahl she wasn’t able to be nursed because her mother was parralized from a series of strokes she suffered while pregnant with Lucy. Mariah has always been a beautiful woman and motherhood hightens that beauty same can be said of Sophia Loren or Nancy Sinatra
