Though Iggy would fare much better if she ‘made the most’ of her Australian accent, we can’t but applaud her delivery on this song.
Yes, while the subject matter was a little ‘bad b*tch cliche’, there is no denying her skill as an MC.
Unfortunately for her, (and we hate to say ‘I told you so’), the mistake she made by signing with T.I. is likely to stop those skills reaching a wider platform, seeing as Grand Hustle lacks the skill and know how used to turn Nicki Minaj and now Azealia Banks into global entities.
Therefore, as much as we love ‘Misfits’, we hope it is one of the last releases we hear from Azalea until she has all her ducks in order.
Ducks, which see her find her way out of her ‘Hustle’ contract and sign with a team who actually know what they’re doing.
It’s either that, or suffer the fate of ‘Xtaci’ or any other act T.I. failed to launch successfully.

The problem with people comparing Iggy is that she’s not doing mainstream pop/hip-hop songs that Azealia and Nicki do. Her music is more urban. Or at least the EP is going to be. I’m not sure about the album
