Brandy, Ciara, & Keyshia Cole Among Performers At 2012 ‘Black Girls Rock!’

Looks like this year’s BET presentation of ‘Black Girls Rock!’ is set to be its best yet.

Indeed, the showcase designed to highlight some of the globe’s best and brightest women of color, is returning to the air this fall to add more names to its growing list of honorees.

And, with the likes of Ciara, Brandy, Keyshia Cole, & India Arie on hand to lend the night’s entertainment, it’s safe to say viewers are in for quite the treat:

Actress Kerry Washington (‘Scandal’) and songstresses Alicia Keys and Dionne Warwick are three of the night’s big honorees.  Earning recognition for excellence in their crafts as well as philanthropic activities.  Set for taping on October 13 at New York City’s Loews Paradise Theatre, the Tracee Ellis Ross/Regina King-hosted show will not hit television screens until November 4 at 8:00 pm/ET on BET (source).
