Pop diva Christina Aguilera celebrated the release of her new album ‘Lotus’ on The Voice tonight, taking to the stage to offer the first live performance in support of the set.
The 31 year old joined forces with fellow “coach” Cee-Lo Green to perform their duet ‘Make The World Move’, which is lifted from the critically-praised set.

this could have been much better. she didnt move a lot, she messed up the words, she has a 1st single that needs promo 3 weeks ago and she is jumping on the next single already, i thinking this album might pick up steam in the coming weeks bc there are a lot of radio ready/friend songs, but not a strong 1st week. that note that was not even needed was what f***** up this whole thing. she sounds like she is singing from her throat and she needs to tone up her body if she is going to dress like that. she is bigger than last season. i bought the cd, liked some stuff, it becomes a bore in the end, too many similar topics of figher 2.0. but solid effort, not stripped, but not in a bad way, just different. she has been doing vocal training and i was hoping it would pay off n her big live performance was this… she needs to do better for ama. but i like the return to what a girl wants with the costume (in the bridge of the music video)

I think it was good minus that last note. it was a fun performance to say the least. I think people are always so quick to talk down on christina. Lotus from what I have heard is a good album with nice songs. Every time christina comes out with something everyone is so quick to call it a flop. The promo train has lacked and honestly that is her record company’s fault. But I honestly dont care what she sales as long as I enjoy the music. Everyone is so worried about sales like that determines if your albums are good or if you are talented.

It was good, minus the lil flub. She just has to work on the phrasing a little, and belting a lttle more properly. She has a great voice.

okay, so she is completely neglecting your body. that song could have been top 5. her promoting is a f****** joke. and is this song seriously her second single? it’s one of my least favorites on the album. i love the album and her, but i’m losing hope for this era.
This song is great …. But I HAVE TO admit that as an X-Tina fan, I’m definitely done with her half-assed vocals. She needs to get back to form, or alter the live versions to suit her voice, which just isn’t what it was at age 19. No Shame in that … But half-assing just has to stop

Ooops X-tina messed that vocal transition 2:28-2:33 but all singers can hav an off moment & no 1 can be always be 100%.
Sometimes the big notes go wrong & she knew she did when she put her finger to her ear to hear herself in the middle of that part.
All I would have wished 4 is for her to have improvised as she felt wasn’t reaching that top note.
Theres too much grain, croak and gravel in the vocals at the moment but hopefully once she sings a song like Blank Page live, she’ll go back to the sweet natural tones of her voice.
X-tina is still a great vocalist and one of my fav singers.

the performance is CUTE , but i have a problem with 2 things :
1- I DO NOT approve that Drag Queen Look , a Big Fat NO, she need to hire a New stylist , her looks in that Show is way Too OFF IMO. the outfits of the dancers_+ceeLo+Xtina = HORRIBLE.
2- THIS song is Undoubtedly the Shittiest song in “LOTUS” , she could have chosen a better song to perform without any Features !!! if she wanted dance she has ” let there be love” if she wanted ballads she has ” blank page” , why she picked up this s***** song , I DO NOT F*****’ KNOW 🙄
and Let Me not Go and talk about that damn failed note that sounded like someone is dragging her across the floor , Dear Xtina , do not do it again please.
