Let’s face it, when it comes to moulding stars- very few do it better than the folk over at Roc Nation.
Indeed, after successfully turning Rihanna‘s Kool Aid into Caviar with the launch of a flawless chart assault, the company has now turned its sights to Brit Pop Princess Rita Ora, who is fast becoming one of their many cash cows.
Now, in what can only extend her lead the UK’s leading chart staple, she is on course to nabbing her fourth #1 single from her debut album, ‘ORA‘.
While currently enjoying a peak position of #32 in the market, the launch of her nationwide concert tour has seen her new single ‘Radioactive‘ soar on a digital tip.
That’s right, by way of its current iTunes spot of #17, the Sia spawned jam has enjoyed a sales spike within the last fortnight, creeping into the Top 20 after spending a number of weeks outside of the Top 40.
If the next week sees it follow this pattern, the Pop stunner can expect to secure her fourth #1 single from ‘ORA’, after watching ‘Hot Right Now’, ‘R.I.P.’ and ‘Party’ top the overall chart last year.
Its chances of doing so are made all the more likely now that it enjoys heavy rotation on Global Radio‘s ‘Capital’, which boasts a reported 6.8 million listeners week on week.
